Got four estimates ranging from five to eight thousand dollars to fix a leak in the bathroom ceiling every time it rained. Dulio, from Palma, said the leak wasn't coming from the roof but rather from an uncovered vent pipe that was improperly glued together in the attic. He put some glue on it and guaranteed the work. The leak slowed but continued. Dulio came back and completely disassembled the pipe and re-glued it. It's rained numerous times since then and today the rain was very heavy. NO LEAK. No charge for the return visit. Total cost was under $300. I'm definitely having him come back for some other roof work in the spring.

Went great! did a quality job and even came out to fix around the chimney after chimney contractor would respond to my calls. Great guy and very professional.

They did a great job, including with cleanup. It is obvious they take pride in their work.
Description of Work: The soffit was damaged by Mondays storm. A piece broke off. Want the rest of the soffit taken down and replaced with a new one, also the vent holes that the soffit covered need to be screened over to prevent insect intrusions into the attic.
