+ -1 moreThis is the second time that I have had Joe do work at my home. He is reliable-always arrives very close to 8 AM, he brings all supplies, but may have to go out for more, if I add an unexpected task to the list. He communicates closely with me when I am at home letting me know when he is taking short breaks and lunch breaks, etc., but also works quite independently when I go out, and he carefully cleans up and locks the door after himself. He has appeared quite honest in his dealings and his work. He knows his business and he knows his limitations and will not get involved in something he knows nothing about. He is respectful of one's possessions and he carefully covers up things in the room, prior to working.
Description of Work: Very large Tudor Style home. Painting exterior house trim, door sills, a gutter, and re-cementing flagstone front walkway. Painting edges and interior of 20 new window (wooden replacements Pella Architectural Series w/divided lights). Repaired plaster on bedroom wall damaged from roof leak. Repainted 2 walls in that bedroom. Completely prepped and repaired water damage in a very large bathroom, 20" x 5", re-grouted shower wall, and painted several coats of paint on ceiling and walls. Additional minor repairs.
