Description of Work: I was in a tight time crunch we are selling our home and got home inspection results on Tues 4/16/13 late am that we had a minor mice problem. I checked the reviews on Angie's list and called 3 exterminators. Initally, I spoke w/Gwynn who was very helpful & timely in checking the inspectors' schedule & then calling me back to let me know that Andrew could visit today for an estimate. Andrew called & arrived in less than 2 hrs from my initial call and he was able to complete the job at a great price and was very friendly & professional. Great job by Gwynn & Andrew! Thank you!

Description of Work: A wood duck was stuck in our chimney. NW responded the day we called. Very professional and responsive service.

Description of Work: We live in an older house and have a mouse problem because of it. NW came out quickly assessed the problem and set traps in order to rid us of the mice. They have come back several times in order to check our activity and have done a great job. They were on time for all visits, did exactly what they said they would do, and were very professional. I would absolutely recommend them!

Description of Work: Checked out all rooms including attic crawl spaces,set bait traps.Went around exterior of the house with him and was unable to find where the mice are coming in from.Which they could have spent a little more time exploring the exterior.Will have to wait to see if bait traps worked.Bought a year for 121.00 more to make total of 250.00.They come back every 3-4 months to check bait traps for an additional 85.00 each time.While I have not seen or heard any mice,still would like to have exterior checked more thoroughly.

Description of Work: they were very professional but the deal said it included a thorough evaluation of the house to detect where the mice might be getting in and he only went around the perimeter after being asked and didn't really say much except that they could come back and seal up the foundation for $300.00

Description of Work: Contractor placed about 8-10 bait traps for mice in the basement and first floor. I found one dead mouse. Have noticed fewer droppings in the most popular spot.

Description of Work: This was very disappointing I got several traps for my money. I could have easily purchased them myself for a lot less! There was no prevention!!!! The technician who came was fine, but the service was NOT as advertised. I am disappointed that Angie's List would offer this deal. It was a rip-off.
