Description of Work: They did OK. They should have done the most effective (and for them most expensive) treatment first. But they came and sprayed cedar oil first, which did not work. Then they had to come out a second time and use the heavy duty powder stuff. Our first technician was afraid of heights, so he didn't want to do the powder, which requires being very close to the hive. He just wanted to stand on the ground or halfway up the ladder and spray. Probably not a great idea to have technicians who are afraid of heights spraying for bees in roofs.

Description of Work: problem with bugs from trip---investigated,told us what they were going to do and what to expect---3 sprays---owner himself came 2nd time--co. was very professional and punctual--a few weeks after they finished we needed a 4thspray which was covered in warranty---this took about 3 monthsbefore 4th spray and fog[which we knew from the start] . so far so good [5/4/14] we would highly recommend !they did everything to make sure it was taken care of and done right.

Description of Work: Got the big deal. Came out and deployed pet-safe poison traps for mice problem. They returned for a second visit, as per warranty, to re-bait the traps. Marked improvement in mouse activity. Very professional.

Thank you for taking the time to post a review. Although, we did not service your property this year at all. The last time we were there was in 2012 when you bought the big deal where we serviced your home for rodent baiting for $129 with a 3 month warranty, which is a great deal! Rodent proofing usually starts around $185 and goes up from there. As for this year, we did not do service, but if you are having any pest related issues, we would be happy to come out and give a free estimate!

thank you for your review, we always appreciate feedback. When it comes to mice, their most active time of the year is the fall/winter when it is getting cold and they are looking for shelter. Usually, treatments for mice run from $195-$300 depending on the size of the home and how severe the problem is. This deal gave you a full baiting treatment throughout the home with a warranty covering you for 3 months for $145. We are unsure why our price was rated a C, you will not get a deal like that anywhere else
