NW Pest Control Inc

So I called NW to remove a wasp's nest on the side of my house and to help do a quick check around the perimeter of my house to ensure there weren't any more. A month or so later, I called them again (using a different coupon) for an ant problem. Their team recognized that I had called them for two different services and offered to put me on a contract. Where some companies might take the money and call it a day, they saw that the money I had already paid was equal to the cost of a contract and with better coverage, so I jumped at the chance. While under contract, they scheduled a couple of more visits and even recognized a mouse problem I didn't even know I had. Overall I am very happy with the services provided and especially their customer service, who I feel went above and beyond. I am already looking to renew my contract for this year, since my area has a bit of a wasp and ant problem. i recommend them to anyone who reads this and will recommend to friends and neighbors as well.

We noticed a bunch of carpenter ants in the common areas of our triple decker. NW came and treated the exterior foundation. The service was fast. The technician was very informed and shared what he was doing. Work came with a 6 mos guarantee. I would definitely use their services again (but hopefully we won't have to)!

Very well. We have used this company before at a previous address. they are consistently punctual and professional. They returned while the work was still under warrantey to put out more traps.

That was part of the plan, but it cost me $100 anyway. They usually give me a call to let me know that they are coming out and I can tell them not to, or I can tell them I?m busy that day or whatever. They give me a heads up before they come out. Price is something I?m not sure of, I think they?re pricey, I?ve nothing to compare them with. I?ve thought of trying someone else just for fun, just to see what the price would be, but I?ve been having such good luck that maybe I won?t. Like I say, if I cancel these guys and try someone else, and the others, maybe they won?t be as good, maybe they be less money, but these guys are doing a good job. So, I think I will let them ride.

The first time was like “WOW”, everything they put down disappeared quick. But, we got rid of them all, everybody’s happy.

I will definitely use them again. The prices were too high. When they finished they didn't really check in with me. Someone just left information and I had asked them to give me a call when they were finished and they just handed something for my son and never called me back and so I didn't like that.

The work was completed on time and within budget.

NW Pest Control did a great job. They helped inspect the sealing job that our general contractor did, then applied a special treatment before everything was closed up completely. That was almost a year ago, and we've had no problems since.

Very well. We had the repellant placed during house renovation. The work was done correctly and properly coordinated with other work.

They found evidence of mice in our basement and they set up a dozen traps which they checked on them periodically.

They were prompt, they helped answer a lot of the questions. The person who was here was very patient and really answered all the questions. I had to ask them to come back again. I was under warranty, so it was just as easy as calling them again and having them come over. So overall, the experience was great.

We received service within 24hours for an infestation of mice which occurred while we were away on vacation. The treatment was immediate and effective. I will now call them annually.

Service was exceptional from the appointment scheduling to completion. Office staff was courteous, professional, and proficient. It was a very large nest on underside of roof gutter above a bedroom window and I needed it removed asap. The office manager worked with me to insure that it could be scheduled quickly. When the tech arrived on time, he sprayed it and then removed it with ease. He then explained the service policy that would be available to me. Tech was very knowledgeable about insects and other "pests" explaining what could be done in different situations. Overall, I was certainly pleased with this experience and would definitely hire this company again and would highly recommend to others with "pest" problems.

Everything went great! John from NW Pest Control showed up promptly on time. He was friendly and professional. He was also very thorough and completed the work in less then 1/2 hr (set traps and sprayed). They will be back for two more visits to make sure the mice problem is resolved. I highly recommend these folks!

I have more confidence in this company than the previous one I worked with.

Treatment went well. Technician was very efficient and good with his description of the problems we faced and his solution. The treatment he carried out did the job and we had no more problems. Only problem was the billing of the services. Promised discount was not initially credit and it took two calls before it was taken care of.

Called a week or so before to schedule an appointment. Was given a time window of 4 hours (8-noon) which seemed longer than normal but cable companies do the same thing. At around 11 o clock I get concerned since I don't hear from them. I called to confirm my inspection date/time and was told that the inspector was running a 'few minutes' late. Called again at 12:30 and talked to someone else who had no idea where the inspector was. In this day and age that's hard to believe and shows their level of professionalism. I had to leave the house at 1pm and told them to cancel my appointment. The inspector did call after I left (around 1:10pm) and left a voicemail asking me to call him back and if he could come over. Sad to see that once companies have good ratings on Angie's list they stop caring about future customers or can't handle demand!

They scheduled, showed up on time. Needed to return with bee suit next day. When bees were still around, they showed up again and caught hundreds of them. Punctual and helpful.

Everything went well. THey scheduled while the landscapers were here and worked around that. They did a great job! They sent 1 guy and he had all the right equipment and it was done in about 20 minutes.

They also came June 25. I had ants in the past month and they came today and sprayed again. I got their name through Angie's List. They had to come back and spray again so I guess that is responsible. I would call them back again. Today they spent about two hours here. I had ants in the family room so they came back and treated it again. I think the first time they came out they just did an exterior treatment, but this time they did an exterior and interior treatment. They gave me the choice of either an organic or the regular service. Since I have a pet I chose the organic, but they told me that if I saw more ants they would come back and probably treat it more aggressively with the regular non-organic treatment. They were very amenable and were trying to treat it in an environmentally safe way. They were considerate about my pet. The price today was all part of the package. I think the package is very high, but 20 Sentricon system parts with, like, six traps, so I don't know. They will come out as many times as it takes. I don't know how effective it will be or whether I will have to call them back. I can't judge because it has only been two hours. They call in advance and are very professional about coming, being on time and letting me know so that when they come you are not in the middle of something -- that you have, like, a half hour's notice that they are on their way
