Description of Work: I had actually planned on using NW when they came to inspect our property. We'd had a couple of complaints about wood roaches and wanted to get rid of them. Instead, NW did a free-of-charge inspection and submitted recommendations and costs. We discussed various options, and agreed to have them come on a semi-annual basis for $300.00. They will contact our Property Manager to set up a date. I am very satisfied with the results to date.

Description of Work: Installed vents for bats near chimney line to exit house. Vents were supposed to be removed after two weeks but they are still there. No big deal to me. Guess I will have to call them to remind them. Angies list discount also available.
