Description of Work: One guy came, he walked directly to the baement. He placed several bait sets throughout the basement.He left without any further communication! I haven't heard from them since and our cat just caught another moouse in the basement!

Description of Work: I was putting something away in the attic when I discovered an active wasp's nest. This was definitely NOT something we wanted to tackle ourselves, so I found NW Pest Control on Angies' List. They responded to my call in a timely manner, I purchased the year contract on the spot and they safely eliminated the problem. I mentioned that we had a nest in the deck box as well, which they also took care of that day. We have not had a recurring problem in either of those two areas. I did, however, later discover a yellow jacket swarm starting a nest in the side of our house, which, again, was treated, all for the original cost of the year's contract. We have also had them out to get rid of some carpenter ants. Very satified with our purchase! So nice to know that (for the next year at least) help is just a phone call away.

Offer stated the following: Here's the Deal: •$175.00 for treatment and removal of one bee's nest •Covered pests include bees, wasps, yellow jackets, and hornets •Treatment of one active nest (multiple nests can be treated for an additional fee) •Includes six month warranty on serviced area •Does not include treatment of entire home •Valid for all types of properties Upon contacting the company, the company rep. stated that this deal does not include removal of a nest from a void. The deal only covers external nests. Nowhere in the deal is this detail given.

Description of Work: Contracted to remove a dead animal from under our deck. |They responded quickly, it was an easy pick up and did give us a chance to remove ourself without charging us for the call but we opted to have use their services

Description of Work: I saw the deal for the Year of Ant and General Pest Control Treatment for $395 with subsequent years only being for $300 and jumped on it! I am in the middle of a whole home remodel and was having lots of insects within the home, and the technician came out and and completely cleaned and sprayed the exterior of the home and will return in the coming weeks when the rest of the house is completed to spray the inside at no extra charge. Great group, local, and much better than some large corporations!

Description of Work: Contacted them late Monday and they had someone out the next day to take care of two yellowjacket nests. They were very accommodating to our schedule and showed up promptly at the designated time and provided a quote that was very reasonable (other service quoted $300 for the same job). They quickly got rid of one nest. The second nest was not active due to rain but they were sure to include in the contract that they would come out right away to deal with the second nest when we observed activity. So far it has been quiescent but it is reassuring to know that they would take care of it if it did become active. Their prompt and excellent service saved us as we had a backyard children's birthday party planned on the Saturday which went off without a hitch! Very pleased with their services and will certainly use them in the future.
