Description of Work: Its a good company and I was satisfied with the technician and the work he performed. I only had one set back and it was corrected by the company. Other than that, I am still a customer and will continue to do business with them.

Description of Work: I have used NW Pest Control for many years. They are great to work wih, reasonable, and very accomodating. They keep the same workers for years (whch says a lot) and often the same one will come back. Pleasant on the phone, willing to reschedule, and pleasant workers. I originally hired them for a bee problem and have used them ever since with a service contract. They will come back if tthere is a problem in between mainenance schedule dates without additional charge. It is money well spent.

Description of Work: cancelled twice (m weather and then mistaken date) before showing up. $550 seems like a lot to put up a ten dollar screen across the inlet but I guess that is the going rate. Efficient once they got here : I have never used such a service so I don't have anything to compare it to in fairness. The squirrels are gone so all's well that ends well.

Description of Work: Paid for Squirrel Removal special on Angie's List. Communication was an issue with these folks, seems the office and the techs don't talk to each other. And it was pulling teeth to get them to call at least an hour before their daily trap emptying. But they got rid of the pests, and sealed the gaps that they were getting in from. And they were much less expensive than their competitors.

Description of Work: Sprayed for ants. Wasn't able to enter a crawl space because of bum knee so wasn't able to check out a hive for us. Very knowledgeable. Polite. Professional.

Description of Work: I had a yellow jacket colony I couldn't get rid of even after many repeated tries with over-the-counter sprays. NW promptly showed up, did their thing in one short visit, and said they'd return for no charge if the first treatment didn't work. But one treatment did the job.

Description of Work: They treated the front of our house, up under the clapboards where the Yellowjackets had made a nest. Honestly, I chose NW Pest Control based on all the positive reviews they got on Angie's list. I am glad I did. We had a very good experience. Mr. D was knowledgeable & courteous. Took the time to explain what needed to be done and why; patiently answered any questions we had. Also told us exactly what to expect: few more bees making their way into the house, when activity outside should cease etc. Everything went well -- No more Yellowjackets! |
