NW Pest Control was helpful and prompt with their service. I called on a Wednesday and they were able to come out just a few days later and help us get rid of some carpenter ants in our home. The person I spoke with on the phone to set-up the appointment and the exterminator that came out to our home were helpful and professional. I liked that they offered organic options as well as more traditional treatment options. They explained why we were seeing the ants and sprayed in the areas that we had seen them. It has been several days since the treatment, and we have not seen any more ants.

Arrived onsite on time. Asked about any issues I had and after I explained the situations. He provided a solution and explained to me the method to be utilized and product used as well. Apparently they did a great job as all issues appeared to have been fixed. Now its all about Prevention. The Tech appeared to be a straight shooter and didnt try to upsell me a bunch of stuff I didnt need. I was informed about an annual program they had and at no time did I feel pressured at purchasing the plan, however because he was able to establish a certain level of trust I decided to purchase for the spring time issue with wasps I get on occasion. I have had other vendors out here that are all about the upsell and not about the service they are able to provide. This guy was neat, clean and picked up after himself. Very good experience. Normally I would not have called these guys as their main office is not local, however , they travel all over. I have been very happy with my NW experience so far

Responded quickly and promptly. I had bought a coupon, but it was not valid. The company refunded me the coupon and gave me a small discount. Will be using them again.

I purchased this big deal back in October 2012 but didn't get the work done until December (hence my fair rating for responsiveness). This was because only one specific person at the office could schedule this service since it was purchased through Angie's. I was extremely satisfied with the price as it was $129 for a single family but they honored the coupon for my 2 family becuase it is lived in like a single family home. Once the rep came out to my house I was very satisfied. Paul D was very professional, knowledgeable in extermination and offered precautions that I could take at home to prevent reoccurences. He was very organized and friendly. He took the time to pull back appliances and set the baits. I will recommend this company.

It went very well...we are satisfied that our problem is under control. We can purchase a year-round package at a discounted rate within a three month period.

The technician was prompt and friendly and seemed knowledgeable. I didn't do comparison shopping on pricing but it seemed to be reasonable. He also gave me a discount. I will be using them again as I have a three year contract.

I am still within the 3 month warranty period so am not sure if I will need more services if rodents were to return within this time frame.

Within 24 hours of purchasing the package, I received an email from NW Pest Control with available dates and times to schedule an appointment. I responded to the email immediately and within an hour I received a call to confirm the appointment I had made. I was given the option of several dates and time frames. There was a 4 hour window for the time frame and the exterminator arrived within 2 hours of the time. He asked if I had areas of mice activity and he inspected those areas, the basement, the garage and along the foundation. He discussed the options available to me and I purchased a 1 year service plan. I have dogs so this limits the areas where traps can be placed. He placed traps inside and outside the house and answered all my questions. Two days after the service I was provided a user id and password that I can use to manage my account. I was very happy with the responsiveness and the exterminator was very professional. The traps appear to be working as I am not seeing signs of mice. would recommend NW Pest Control to anyone who need their services.

Excellent company that I have used for insect and now rodent removal. They are responsive and personal with their client treatment. Recently used the mouse angies list special and discovered we have rats (ugh). The price of the special was applied to the rat removal and they since have been out to house at least 3-5 times working on the problem. Mostly this has been with the same contact person who was available by his own cellphone as well. I will always use this company. Hopefully I wont always have to though.

They were very proactive in scheduling the appointment and were very punctual in arriving. They placed a great many mouse traps throughout the house in places where mice have been and might be in the future. They seemed very knowledgeable. I would use them again.

Great inspection, found ants up under siding on house. One day of spraying and all were removed, we have no evidence of any return. First time Angie's list user and found the name of this company on the site. We did not buy the product first through Angie's list but they met the price and could not have been more cooperative. Now we always use the list before doing anything around the house.

The whole experience was positive, never had an exterminator before so I did know what to expect. He looked everywhere there was to look. He explained how the bait traps worked and suggested we call for a follow up in Feb. I will certainly do that even though we have not seen any evidence of mice since he was here.

Showed up on time and were very honest about the "mice problem" - in other words, they baited professional-level traps, gave us good advice, but also made it clear that we could not expect 100% results. This is due to some structural work outside that we need to perform and not their services. They did offer us a service contract, which we elected, but there was no pressure to buy it. Overall, very professional at a reasonable price.

We hired NW Pest Control to deal with an increasing mouse presence in our three-unit condo building. We originally had purchased the Angie's List coupon, but the price they gave us to treat the entire building plus follow ups every 3 months was cheaper that if we had used the coupon. We appreciated them being totally transparent about the pricing, as well as exactly what services they will be providing. Would recommend them heartily!

I had hornets getting into my house, always near or around the same second floor window. As the frequency and number of hornets inside increased, I called NW to find and remove the nest. NW arrived and found an opening near the roof that allowed access behind the siding where the nest was. The service man said that the hornets seen in the house were those that had essentially gotten lost but that the number would continue to increase as the nest grew. He dusted the nest to remove the source. I continued to see hornets around the same window for a few days as the service man predicted but after this time no more were seen. I did not have any further problems.

The results have been good and our problem with mice has been eliminated for the time being. We are happy. The work was done cleanly, without leaving traces of where the service had taken place and the person was pleasant to work with and prompt and rofessional!

I purchased the deal because I had been planning to do something about the mice in our attic and basement and the offer prompted me into action. What I didn't realize is that the treatment I was purchasing would only be effective for three months, so I had to purchase the full year service from the technician. Hence, the deal price I paid through Angie's List of $129 was doubled, and then there will still be payments of $85 each for the subsequent treatments. I hope that some form of the "big deal" savings was incorporated into that payment structure, but I actually don't know if it was. The first treatment has been completely effective because we stopped hearing mice almost immediately. The company uses a type of trap that is much better than the typical homeowner version, and they also retrieve and replace the traps with each treatment.

The person from NW Pest was knowledgeable and helpful and did a good job.
