John was quick. He was finished within an hr. I won't know the results for another month. He did find Birds in my attic crawl space. It would have been too costly to have them removed so I suggested to leave the birds alone.

.The experience was excellent. I used one of their special offers. They were prompt, they were courteous, and considerate they are very easy to work to. They were on time. They did what they said they will do. They did a fallow up.

The inspector came in, removed all outdated traps and installed new traps.

Trapped/poisoned two mice in basement.

We have had carpenter ant problems off and on throughout the years. They seemed to be getting worse so we called a couple of companies. These guys had a year program, one initial treatment with follow ups as needed. They had to come back twice in addition to the first time in order to stop the ants. They also looked for mice, etc. The ants did stop but from what I've read you have to kill the nest or they will come back. We will see if they return spring. Very professional and curteous.

I bought the deal late at night after I couldn't deal with the problem anymore in about mid-December. The company called me promptly the next morning to arrange an appointment for someone to come out. I was very impressed with how proactive they were in making sure someone was scheduled to come out. The person I talked to was very supportive and informative. The person who came out came on time, took maybe 10-15 minutes to lay the traps, and was gone. We called back about 4-6 weeks - the problem was still happening, we could hear it and still found evidence - and asked them to come back out and check the traps and rebait as needed. They did. By mid-February the problem was gone. We still have the traps all over our house, not sure if we're supposed to return them or what. So I guess the follow-up on the conclusion of the contract isn't so good and is a room for improvement. --- I am downgrading this review because the provider lied multiple times in his response to my review. Wow. I gave you guys a B, and I thought that was generous, and you come back and accuse me of lying meanwhile lying yourself? curate to the level of service actually provided. We also do not feel that the comments themselves were based upon fact. "Your chief complaint was that we did not return to pick up and remove the dead mice. That is a common service call for us. But you have to call us as you elected not to sign up for a regular maintenance program." I paid you guys $145. I was told to come pick up the mice would be an extra charge every time. I spoke with your guy who came on site and he recommended removing the mice ourselves since it wouldn't be an extra charge. "I spoke with the technician who went out on both service calls and you never once asked for dead rodent removal on either occasion." That is an outright lie. " Our technician also strongly recommended exterior rodent stations due to the extreme nature of your infestation, you refused citing construction that was ongoing in your basement area." We didn't refuse - we just said we thought it might not help and would be a waste of his time. "The tech also wanted to show you the gaping holes, but neither you or your husband wanted to go down to the basement because it was "dirty"." Oh my God! What a lie! My washer and dryer are down there; I had gone down there frequently almost on a daily basis. Wow. Just, wow. Way to paint my husband and I as snooty picky people that we most certainly are not. "After your posting, I attempted to reach out to you, but you brushed me off, unwilling to have a conversation about the misconceptions in your review." You called me on my cell phone in the middle of my working day while I was in an important meeting. "Despite the issues, I am completely willing to provide a final recall despite the warranty period passing." I really don't care - I wasn't asking for my money back. It did cost me far less than $145 for the bait that I bought on Amazon that I believe helped clear up the situation once and for all.

They were very good. I don't know if we had any problems with animals before. We haven't caught anything but we don't hear noises in the wall anymore.

It went OK. The service was a package deal. I thought it would include a little more service than placing a few traps. They said the nature of my house foundation precludes any type of sealing or barrier. They said they would return to pick up and examine the traps in a few months. They're not overdue, yet.

NW Pest control responded right away to a request for an appointment for rodent extermination. In fact, when they called they offered me an appointment for that very same day! Because I called from work, I was unable to accept that appointment, but we scheduled an appointment for 2 days away on a saturday. The company called ahead to confirm the appointment and the technician arrived right on time. He was so professional and kind, recognizing that I was completely freaked out that I had seen several mice in the house in recent weeks. I have worked with other exterminators in the past, but none was so thorough in their inspection nor as helpful in sharing knowledge about rodents and their habits as this gentleman! He took so much time with me, making sure I felt comfortable with what he was doing and what he was recommending. In the end, he inspected all 4 floors of my house thoroughly, including my tenant's apartment and basement, and baited the areas he suspected the mice were visiting. I agreed to the follow up service where NW will come reexamine your spaces in 3 moths and re-bait. I felt comfortable with this service, less because it was what he was "selling" and more because I felt very comfortable with this gentleman. He was a great representative of this company! It's been 2 months since their visit. I have not seen any evidence of mice. I am happy!

Andrew showed up on time, was very professional and easy to talk to. What I was most impressed with was seemed to be an enthusiasm for the job. He came in, I showed him the trouble spot, and right away he was digging around trying to find as much evidence as possible. All the while explaining to me what he found. In the end, he said it looked like I did not have termite damage, there was an area that may have carpenter ants, and possibly beetles. He did take a sample back to his office to try to identify if there were beetles or not. Overall I thought he did a great job and would not hesitate to call him back if I found more signs of trouble. If you have never had to consult with a pest control expert before, then start with these guys, you will be glad you did.

They are great - on time, the products they use keep my home pest-free, and I don't have to schedule any extra appointments because they just come on their own each season. My one complaint - their billing system needs to be updated.

Christ - the technician, showed up on time, with boxes and a flashlight, was very cordial, and very professional. But most importantly, noticiably, he helped me get rid of those darn mice - for now.

The reason we fired the last company was their inability to notify us in advance of their scheduled appointments so no one was ever home. So far they have been here twice and have been great about letting us know. Whenever I have called they answer their phone and are very professional and customer oriented.

He put poison packets around the house and wondered how we could have four cats AND mice!

The service person was punctual and informative. He explained what he was doing, but it really just amounted to putting down traps. I was led to believe that the traps were powerful and would eliminate any pests very quickly. Unfortunately, that has not been the case. One month later, I saw more droppings than before. Instead of eliminating pests, it seemed that they liked what was left for them. When I called the company, they sent a second person out who checked the traps and stated that none of the bait had been touched. Thus I wonder just how effective are these traps? Three weeks later, I have not seem their impact. Unfortunately.

Since I was not present when the services were provided, I cannot provide an account from start to finish.However, I can say that my family member spoke highly of the professionalism of the company's representative both when communicating via telephone and during the time the company came to the residence.

I hired NW pest this summer after seeing a mouse. they came out promptly and set out traps, but the best part has been their follow-up. Not only do they come by and do the exterior every couple of months, when i am not at home on their visits they will call and make sure they schedule a time when i will be home for them to come back. I would definitely forget to schedule this and the reminder calls, not to mention their willingness to come by early in the morning, make it a very user-friendly service. would recommend to any friends!

About a year prior we had an issue with mice in the house. We had hired a local exterminator to come in, look around, and set up traps. He did a great job. A year later, I had found them again in the basement, so I bought a deal on Angies List for a home inspection and trap set up. He came on time, gave me a courtesy call letting me know when he'd be there. However, when he arrived he pretty much just set up traps and left. He never checked or removed the old traps (although they weren't theirs, they were the same traps.) He didn't seem to check for anything, just threw traps in random places that might attract mice. Before he left, he took a look around our front yard and gave us a quote for plugging in holes outside to prevent mice from entering the house which was helpful. However, our first guy was more personable, answered our questions, and we will go back to using them next time.
