I had a tree spiders in a newly built home. About two weeks after the application, I began to notice them less and eventually, they were completely eradicated. I have not seen one insect since. I have a contract for service every three months for maintenance. They were professional and answered all my questions. They suggest leaving the premises during application. I preferred to be present, which did not present a problem.

What we appreciated the most was the obvious knowledge NW Pest Control had. They explained everything, including how termites live and move. The work completed gave us peace of mind.

Great. Easy and thorough.

We set the appointment up with Jill. She was very friendly and willing to work out a visit that would accommodate my busy schedule. She was able to set us up for an appointment with a technician between the hours of 7 and 8 am. She also informed us that we would get $50 off since we found them on Angie's list. Paul, the technician arrived at 7:40 am, on time, and was very friendly and professional. He is extremely knowledgeable and is very willing to make recommendations on what we can do it minimize the entry of pests. His tips for keeping the mice out will be greatly appreciated come winter. Since it was raining he was not able to treat outside the property, and since we will be painting and cleaning the interior in the next few days, we decided to postpone spraying the interior living spaces. Paul did treat the attic and the basement. Once I told him about my child's asthma & allergies, he mentioned treating with a cedar oil for the interior. It was like having a pest consultant! Of course we are new clients and have only had one visit, but so far it has gone well. Prior to leaving, he said we should call the office and schedule a visit so they can return and treat the interior and exterior.

Shoddy work, bad service, an unresponsive owner and a warranty they don't honor. At the time they installed the mesh covering the squirrel hole last year, they said it would hold for years (I was considering repairing the wood as an alternative); they have a one year warranty. 11 months later the hole was open so I called them to repair it. We had a three hour window 3 pm to 6 pm, but they came almost two hours early since it was more convenient for them (but not me and I didn't approve it). They denied that the hole was the one they repaired last year, claiming another hole in a completely different location that had been meshed by another provider years earlier was theirs. I let the man know that was not the case and that I was extremely unhappy. I called the owner and have not heard back. If they had checked into it at all they would realize the hole they claimed couldn't possibly have been where they installed a one way door. The company I used to repair the hole said the mesh had come off because the screws used to attach it were too small. UltraSafe Pest was great, use them instead.

Stopped most ants and applied bait to prevent ants from returning. Was prompt, very professional.

We use the company for quarterly pest control. They are very responsive when I have additional needs. Only complaint is that they have come when I am not here and I didn't realize it.

he implied that the company was more interested in pulling in long-term customers, rather than on an as-needed basis.............. they were seeking people willing to contract for ongoing services- I had the impression that he was going thru the motions because there was no chance for long term need. -that being said, they came the same day I called, on time, and .the poison worked and the result was well worth the $145

Visit was scheduled at my first availability, which was less than 48 hours after I called. Exterminator was on time, and very professional. He provided me with a complete explanation of what he would do, as well as safety information for the days following the nest removal.

It went fine. I was very satisfied.

I could not be more impressed with NW Pest Control. I own 2 units in a triple decker and there was a bed beg issue. Julie, Chris, and Eric have been wonderful. They have worked directly with the tennants to schedule appointments and any follow ups and kept me updated throughout with calls and documentation. I immediately signed up for their year round service. They have been professional, courteous, and patient. I would highly recommend.

The providers seemed professional and knowledgable, and came when they said they would. Scheduling of appointments was quick and easy. Unfortunately these efforts had little effect on our mouse population as none of the traps or bait seemed to be effective. They suggested that since we are in a triple decker it is impossible to really get rid of mice without a full building plan. We may eventually try that, but are not sure that more of the same traps in more locations will do the trick. Bottom line: NW Pest Control was professional and easy to deal with, but I can't really vouch for the effectiveness of their methods.

It went very well, they get rid of our pests. I liked that he was very thorough, he explained everything that he was doing and explained what didn't happen, he was careful in what he did and gave me suggestion on how to avoid it in the future; so that's why they're terrific.

Have had other services come in and place traps. I have had the best results I've ever had in ten years with Northwest's system. Highly recommend.

Good so far. Haven't seen more than 1-2 ants inside the house since about 3 weeks following the treatment

NW Pest Control inspected the house for past and present termite damage and activity. The house has had some minor activity in the past but there wasn't a problem a current problem. After discussing it over with Andrew, I decided to set up an annual contract with bait stations all around the house. True to his word, when the stations were removed by another contracting, Andrew came back and re-installed the stations. But he went above and beyond and mentioned that two of the stations were actually missing. Andrew installed two new stations free of charge. Thank you!! :)

Great - but will see if sentricon system is effective -

The technician was very pleasant and showed up during the timeframe that had been set. He checked out our problem with birds in our bathroom vent and birds making nests in part of the soffit. He quoted a price that was very reasonable and said he could start the work immediately. We were thrilled he could do the work on the same day and told him to go ahead. Since then, no more birds in our vent and there's a lot less birds by the soffit. We're very happy with the work done by NW Pest Control and will use them again if we have another pest problem.

They were good. I've used them a couple of times. I would refer them immediately. They are coming back this coming week because the bats are back and we called them right back out again to take care of it. I thought their pricing was reasonable. They were really fabulous to work with.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal purchase that I made. It was very good. I paid $85 for the yearly program with them so it's quarterly.

We have been renewing our service plan with them for several years. They have been easy to deal with when we have scheduling problems. The techs have always been very nice and willing to answer any question. We have a large crawl space downstairs that we bait for mice. I am certain we are not one of their favorite stops, but they always do the job with a grumble. I especially like the part where they will come back if we happen to have a swarm of bees show up that we want to ward off . It is part of the service plan.

They came and put some poison things around. NW Pest Control Inc's did the job just as I thought.

I have a contractor were they will be out this June. They are excellent, the service rep that came out was extremely nice, professional; knowledgeable they are accommodating and gracious.
