had several mice who were keeping our cats too busy! From the first day NW pest control came, I haven't seen a single one in the house. They also spray for bugs outside and that has reduced the number of ants and stink bugs we were getting. Professional and responsive company!

NW made additional visits to address the problem before our contract expired. They didn't catch the rodent but believe it has moved out of our house and we are not hearing it anymore.

Extremely professional and dedicated to making sure all the squirrels were gone. Had to come back several times and put up mesh screens and fill any holes in roof line to ensure nothing can get in our attic. Was very accommodating and price was on par with other quotes.

They were punctual, professional, and knowledgeable.

Went well they setup the cages Monday and came in to check and removed the trapped squirrels. they closed up all the holes Provided 1 year warranty

We had a pest problem, and this company was great to work with from the start. They asked many questions to understand what the issue was, explained how they were going to deal with it, and then followed through. From the scheduler to the gentleman who was at the house several times to ensure the problem was solved, it was simply an excellent experience during a stressful time.

The person on talked to on the phone to schedule an inspection was fine. The actual "inspection" didn't go as well. I arranged an appointment window of 9 am-12 pm. Not a word between those hours. I literally was looking up the phone number to call them at 12:05 pm when I received a call saying that it was going to closer to 12:30-1pm. They finally arrived at 1:50 pm. The person asked me some questions, saying they were going to take a look at the attic where our problem is located. First he would go away to check the exterior. Knocked on the door asked if I had a ladder as he didn't have a small ladder. He went back to his car to go write up some things. He comes back ten minutes, hands me an estimate for 2 options regarding our problem. An 1/2 hr inspection where we talked for maybe 5-6 minutes, gone the rest of the time and he never came into the house, never mind the actual areas where we think the problem lies.

I "had" been with NW Pest since summer 2016. At first they were punctual, responsive and professional. In 2017 I had an incident where they never showed up, I was told that the tech but behind schedule and they would reschedule, however I didn't receive a phone call I had to call. Another time they came on the wrong day after I had rescheduled, I was not home however my underage daughter was home. I had to race home so that she would not be alone with the tech. Last week (Feb 2018) they were suppose to come out, I waited all day. I called and was told that the tech was there but no one was home, They told me that he wasn't lying because GPS showed him here. Well I know I wasn't lying, perhaps the tech parked down the street and sat in his truck. So we rescheduled for today ( Feb 20, 2018). Again no show! I called and got the excuse that there was a computer glitch! I am DONE dealing with this company and their ineptness!!!

Had regular service setup paying NW Pest Control $50/visit to put down poison. Canceled service in March of 2016 to cut down costs and now they want $100/visit if I want to initiate service again.

They've been true to their word and good.

I called NW Pest Control. Keith arrived on time and was super informative. I learned a lot! He was super honest. I would call NW Pest Control anytime I had a pest issue.

I am still waiting after waiting for 2 hours. I have never seen such contractor who is so so so late. My window is 10-12pm and I have been waiting from 10am. Then the guy called me around 12:30pm, telling me he is starting to leave waltham and will arrive in 30min. I have a lot of work to do at office and they completely ruined my plan. I will never use them again.

Great response time. Took time to educate me about carpenter ants and recommended partial treatment since they're close to end of their lifecycle at this time of year.

It went great. They were very quick to respond and came right away. The person who came was great to work with, very professional and extremely helpful. I would not hesitate to use them again and would recommend them to everyone.

Anthony responded quickly, sketched out a plan at a reasonable price. The work was done as scheduled. It was a pleasure working with him.

Will came by to look for bats in my attic after I found one in my attic a few days prior. He found some dropping, confirming his suspicion. He sealed some areas and installed 1 way trap doors in other areas outside the attic and returned 2 weeks later to close off those areas as well. He provides a 2 year warranty. He was professional and always arrived on time. However, his helper was late so Will had to start late. I thought the price was a lot, but I think that is how it is for this type of work where you have to go on roofs to install your products.

They got the scheduling wrong on four separate occasions requiring rescheduling and making us late for work. Not impressive.

They are gone and won't be able to get in again!

It went well. They came once sprayed told me if in a few days I saw no results to call and they would come back. I called they came no extra charges. I liked both men that came on different occasion. Will hire again and I even recommended them to my next door neighbors. They were also very happy with service.

The person from NW pest control arrived on time, was professional and we feel confident in his assessment that we are termite free,

As of now (one week after the work), every seems to have gone well. Time will tell if it was a permanent fix.

We have them on a service plan to come regularly.
