They did a good job. He put a mouse thing all around the house and also out in the garage. So I haven’t seen any mice. They were very reliable, punctual and very professional.

I had a mouse and ant problem a number of years ago. I looked into and used a number of pest control companies by NW Pest Control have been the best. I am now on a quarterly contract with NW and would not have it any other way. I have also needed them for bee infestation issues and they were fast acting and took care of the problems immediately. In addition to getting rid of the mice (I never knew I had them but apparently everyone does) they have virtually eliminated a yearly issue with ants. Nary an ant has been seen since we began with NW Pest Control. HIGHLY reccomend them.

He is good. He is quite knowledgeable and polite. The work was okay. The price is reasonable.

Everything was fine, but I could have done it myself. They did recommend coming back for repeated service, but we decided not to do that.

It's been fine. I would like to have more information on the type of chemicals they use and what potential dangers exist since I have a dog.

They showed up on time and did the job.

I didnt see exactly what they did b/c work was done outside & down the basement. I trust that they did what they came for as described in our initial contract where they come and check and replace traps if needed.

Always responsive, consistent, helpful -- have been very pleased with my dealings with Northwest Pest Control. Well worth the $. They will continue to come out until whatever pest you have is under control (each year seems to bring one insect out stronger, this year it was ants).

The technician was friendly and professional. We found no mice and I hope it will keep it that way.

Called on a Friday early afternoon in a panic due to a single mouse sighting in my TV room. Office staff was polite and able to schedule an appointment for someone to come out the very next day! Was very pleased about this. The technician did call when he was 20 minutes out from appointment as a heads up. Paul D. arrive and was very personable and professional. My husband and I felt at ease right from the start. Paul D. did a thorough indoor evaluation of the house looking for potential problem areas and providing information as he went. We never felt any pressure to utilize NW Pest Control's service. We did end up hiring Paul D. to place bait traps in strategic areas of the house. In approximately 30 days we will have Paul D. back to reassess the situation. Paul D. told us about a $35.00 coupon that he would apply to our cost. The total cost was $215.00. Was offered a maintenance service plan to prevent insect problems, but again was not pressured into signing up and we will think about this option. My husband and I would strongly recommend this company and especially the services of Paul D. Thank you NW Pest Control for being there on such a short notice!!!!!

I have actually been a customer of NW Pest Control for over 13 years now and I love this company. They are always responsive when I need them. They do an excellent job of keeping my house free of all critters...big and small. Everyone who has come to my house has been polite, knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend them!!

NW Pest control has had a service contract on our house for years. They have responded when we needed extra help with critters, and then charged us for additional services. Their contract indicates that they will inspect the house for pests routinely, but in reality the guy who shows up just asks if we've had any problems (always does it that way, never seems to inspect). What we discovered is that the routine spraying for ants that we have trusted from NW has been inadequate. NW shows up to spray rain or shine - and you can imagine what happens to outdoor ant spray in the rain. When we called to speak with a supervisor, we explained the problem (we now have carpenter ants in outside areas accessible to where they were supposed to be routinely spraying/inspecting) and he said that he would call to set up an appointment to come to our home, inspect, review the ant problem. He never called! We write this review in the hope that others do not fall into the same problem, and that maybe NW will consider how it does business in the future.

Overall, it went very well. They were very professional and prompt in returning calls. They were one of two pest control contractors we requested estimates from, all based on highly positive reviews from Angie's List. One provided only the traditional termite barrier treatment and the other was NW Pest which provided the Sentricon system. The price estimate from both were comparable and in the end we opted for the Sentricon because it is a termite bait system which attempts to destroy the colonies as opposed to creating a pesticide barrier. Also, the barrier approach involves saturating the soil around our house with the termiticide which we were concerned about since we get our water from a well.

Called on Saturday. Told they could stop by sometime on Monday. The gentleman showed up, examined the issue, gave me a fair estimate, treated the yellow jackets, answered my questions, and went on his way while wishing me well. Very easy to deal with and resolved the issue less that a few days after being contacted. I would definitely use them again.

I bought a Havahart trap to catch some rabbits that were living in my yard. I put it out in the yard with some carrots as bait. To my shock, the trap worked great but it caught a skunk! If you are courageous, you can probably find a way to move the skunk and release it. I am not that courageous. NW came to the rescue within a few hours of my calling them and removed the trap. What a relief! Their prompt service was greatly appreciated.

Members of my family had insect bites over our bodies after returning from vacation. Our doctors suggested it could be caused by bed bugs. After some research, I called NW Pest for a dog inspection, which is reportedly the most accurate type. After listening to our situation, they advised me that I'd be "wasting my money" on a dog inspection, as there were already a number of indications that I had bed bugs, including a caught one. The sent a serviceman the next day. The serviceman arrived on time and was very professional. He quickly identified the caught bug as a harmless carpet beetle, which is a common mistake. After listening to every detail I could think of about our situation, he didn't think we had bed bugs. He then inspected the bedding for any signs of bed bugs and found none. In short, he didn't offer us an expensive service that we didn't need (approx $4,500 for 3,700 sq. ft. house.) The serviceman then did a walk around our house at my request looking for signs of carpenter bees. He found no signs, but did find a small wasp nest at the roof's edge. He said he could remove it for $100, if I wanted, but it wasn't really necessary as the Fall is coming soon and the nest is not near any window. In the end he charged me nothing for the inspection, which took about a half-hour. However, I was so impressed with him and his company, I will switch to NW Pest for ant control in the Spring, and call them first for any pest issue. Lastly, the serviceman was unaware I was a member of Angie's List until I told him as he was leaving.

Stephen came to our home to do a walk through and help us figure out how a couple of mice had gotten in. He gave us great tips re: steps we could take on our own and then provided information on the company's service plans for ongoing visits and inspection. He was very knowledgable and helpful. We would call them if we continued to have a problem.

Before I called NW Pest Control about getting rid of a wasp nest in our eaves, I had been quoted a fixed price of $280 over the phone by another company (Waltham Pest Control). This seemed high so I called NW Pest Control and was told that they couldn't give me a quote without seeing the nest but they would send someone the next day to review the situation and give me a quote. Their estimator (Jason) showed up on time and gave me a price of $150 which was almost half the cost of Waltham Pest. Once I agreed, he did the work immediately and thoroughly with a three month guarantee. No doubt, Waltham Pest Control would have done a good job as well, but the price difference was too HUGE to overcome.

They were very good. We saw improvement in the expected amount of time for the Big Deal. There were no additional fees associated with their service.

Quick service, quick responsiveness and effective treatment. I would use them again in the future.

Matt arrived promptly within the time frame I was told by the company. He was courteous and professional from the very beginning and really took the time to answer my many questions. He was extremely knowledgeable about the pests in question and about the available chemical treatment options - a real plus since the health and safety of the pets in our building is always a concern. At the end of his assessment, Matt gave me the choice of leaving me with a free quote or of completing the job then and there; I never felt any sales pressure and was thrilled that a "free estimate" was actually a free estimate! I opted for same day treatment and Matt completed the work promptly and provided me with a detailed receipt of the work he had done. I would highly recommend Matt and would definitely use NW Pest Control again!

They were very friendly, knowledgeable and easy to work with. They were very prompt; showed up on time all the good things you need for a contractor. The only things were there are no guarantees so we didn't actually end up solving the problem. It was also an outdoor area so they said there's no guarantee. They seemed to be competitive.

They're professional and efficient. They do what they say. They charge $90 a quarter.
