I have carpenter ants and wasps - both of which are gone after the treatment. The representative was very good at listening to my concerns and explaining how he would address them.

Went fine. Showed up on time. Set the traps. All 4 squirrels were in the traps that evening. Next morning he took them away. The holes were screened up to prevent more squirrels. Traps stayed up for a few days just to make sure.

I've been using NW Pest Control for several years now. At first, I brought them in to take care of some pest issues (i.e., mice) which they took care of promptly. Since then, I've been using them to spray for insects on the outside of the house and monitor for any activity within the house. They are professional, courteous and do a great job.

This is the second year we have received exterior treatment for spiders. Ours are particularly resilient but NW Pest Control stand true to their guarantee and have come back to respray. Everyone that has come has been extremely friendly and professional and have offered full explanations of the process and all the chemicals used, as we have a dog and need to take precautions. I've just discovered a wasp problem and will be calling them right away!

I called NW and they came to the house the very next day. They said they would provide an estimate once they evaluated my problem. They arrived on time, the very next day. They explained the type of ants and basic ant behavior, and they said that spraying the foundation and some interior cracks and crevices should solve my problem. They gave me an estimate and did the work right on the spot. I did not get any other estimates, so I can't judge the competitiveness of the price. It just seemed reasonable to me. So far, my problem has been solved.

This was my first experience in 34 years of living in my home of needing an exterminator. Carpenter ants were in a column on my front porch, nesting and leaving a pile of sawdust. I scheduled an appointment for the next day, and was given a time window 10am-2pm. Technician called around noon to say he was on his way. When he arrived, I pointed out the damage I could see, we walked the perimeter, he wrote up a quote, I agreed to plan, he applied material, I paid by check. This morning, less than 24 hrs. from appointment, dead ants are outside the column. I plan to observe what else happens and keep my eye on the situation. There is a warrantee on the service so I can call back for additional treatments. So far, so good.

We have NW Pest Control come quarterly for pest control. They schedule appointments automatically (so I don't have to remember) and come back as often as needed for no extra fee. Very professional.

No problems after the job was completed. Technician seemed very knowledgeable.

We have used NW for many years. Ask for Paul "D" if you want a real pro, who will explain the problem to you, not over sell, and follow up. We ask for Paul D only when we have a problem. Recently we noticed some large ants downstairs on warm days. He came out, inspected, and treated the area. He explained what we should expect in the warmer months. He also assured us he would be available to follow up and treat as needed. A good guy, a real asset to the company.

We can request service whenever needed. We had a huge hornets nest attached to the garage door. Called and within 24 hours, treated and removed. Never saw another hornet. Always friendly, courteous service. Always checks to see if any issues we would like to discuss or resolve.

They are awesome! They are friendly but efficient, professional and always available if you have a sudden infestation (we did!). They dealt with hornets that had gotten between the floors of our house and were crawling out of our light fixtures. It was horrifying. We have had a yearly plan with them ever since. 5 stars!

Very knowledgeable. Explained problem clearly. Gave 2 options. Came back to treat again when organic treatment failed. Then returned to inspect new issue with woodpeckers.

The insect inspector was very prompt and professional. They provided a very good level of detail to the report.

Overall, it is a nice company to do business with.

People are always on time and if we need them in between planned services, they come out within 1-2 days and solve our problem. They also do not promise the impossible and let us know if we need to do something else to solve the problem such as patch foundation holes.

Two weeks later, the painters in the course of replacing the board behind the gutters, uncovered a large infiltration of ants. Again NW pest came the same day and sprayed extensively to prevent a recurrence and spread of the ants. There was a different serviceman for each incident. Both answered my questions knowledgeably and both seemed focused and interested (yes, really) in there work. Not able to be precise as to arrival time because of uncertain lengths of appts earlier in the day, but said he'd be there and he was - both men.

Apts. initial treatment failed. I took a serve plan and have at re-treatment quarterly.

I was pleased with the elimination of mice.

It's a rip off. I had a guy who's barely awake coming into my house for "exclusion" (closing holes) services and changing traps. He wouldn't do a sweep of the house to see where the holes are. Basically just ask me where the holes are. When I showed him what I know, he didn't even close off some of the holes because he ran out of steel wool! He only brought 1 packet. It's a good thing I have some myself. And then he basically said he couldn't do a couple of the holes because he has a bad back. Basically, if you have mouse/rat problems, go buy some bait and steel wool and do it yourselves. Will save you $480.
