They had to come back and spray again so I guess that is responsible. I would call them back again. I phoned up the service, they came, looked at the house and gave me a quote. It seemed agreeable so I signed up for the service and they sprayed the house. They installed a Sentricon service and did a regular service and it was $1,300. They put in 20 Sentricon tubes and they also put in traps for basically chipmunks or any other rodent that was around. They spent four hours with me the first time. I thought it was really expensive, but I guess that is what the going price is for that service for the industry. I signed up for the service for a year so I am kind of committed to it.

Excellent! Nest was removed and no other nests visible to the tech. He was also very informative and knowledgeable.

An appointment was scheduled and a technician dispatched to diagnose and treat. The entire process from my initial call to service was completed in less than a day and a half. With the problem eliminated, the sale process was able to move ahead.

NW Pest Control was prompt in scheduling an appointment and we were able to have them come within a few days of contacting them. Free assessment was provided and they were able to spray on the spot. Haven't seen another carpenter ant this week! Process was simple and price was right.

I called NW Pest on Monday and they showed up promptly at 7 am on Tuesday morning. Overall I was happy with the service visit and signed up for a year service plan. Chris was a nice guy and knew his stuff. He was able to spray the same day of the visit, however someone needs to come back out to spray the exterior. Hopefully the pests go away!

Excellent They did the job when promised and are very professional. Did a follow up three weeks later since clothes moths are very resilient. Signed a long term service contract with them to have them come in every three months.

This company does a great job and I would recommend them to anybody.

Came first thing in the morning on a Sat. He was very nice and went over the whole yard and basement. Very knowledgeable, and completed all in under two hours. I have their maintenance program so will write another review after a year.

Was having a recurring problem with clover/spider mites and this company handled my inquiry in a prompt, professional, responsive manner. Paul D was the assigned representative, and made it to my house promptly despite being rear-ended on the way over. He was professional, knowledgeable and transparent with his diagnosis and treatment plans including what to expect and what not to expect. Highly recommended.

NW Pest Control did an excellent job not only eliminating the ants in less then a few hours but also explained everything they would do and provided a price. Once we agreed to the price, the technician put down a solution to eliminate the ants inside and also sprayed the foundation. He answered all of my questions and took as much time as I needed to ensure I was satisfied. The ants have not returned since and I would definitely recommend NW Pest Control to anyone with pest problems.

We bought a deal for $395 for a year of pest control (covering almost every insect you can imagine, plus mice) and scheduled online. The exterminator who came out, coincidentally, had treated our house for mice when it was owned by the previous owners and was very professional and courteous. Treatment took maybe half an hour and has, so far, been totally effective. The only hiccup was that there was some confusion regarding payment. We were sent an invoice (in my opinion, incorrectly) for the initial treatment, which we promptly paid, as Angie's List had not yet charged our card leading us to believe the deal was to be paid directly to the provider. However, it turned out that Angie's List simply had not processed our payment yet, and we were double charged. However, a quick phone call to the provider cleared it up and they gracefully returned our extra payment with no hassle whatsoever. This is exactly how customer service should be! So far, I have absolutely no qualms in recommending them to anyone who needs an exterminator. One final bonus: they have a decent online portal as well. It's fairly basic, visually, but seem to be very functional. You can see your service dates, both past and future, and see and pay your invoices, among other things.

OK. As always, NW Pest's men were thorough and honest when assessing may pests issues.

The staff came once to inspect our attic that had the squirrels, and they came back a few days later to put squirrel traps on the roof. Squirrels were trapped and were released at some unknown location, hopefully far away. Once the squirrels were gone, the staff came back again to seal the entry points. Very smooth operation. And now no squirrels!

It went great. They arrived promptly when they said they would after we told them that bees were getting into my son's room. They took care of the issue and we are already using them again for an epic ant infestation.

Contractor showed up and identified areas where squirrels were entering attic. Set traps and one way exit gates. Periodically returned to remove trapped squirrels from premises and patch holes. Contractor returned a week later upon request as animals were still heard in the attic. After exploring attic, no animals were found. Problem seems to have been fixed. Price was less expensive than other AL contractors. Would recommend and use again.

It was fine. They come every quarter since we get them on a yearly basis. They were here two or three weeks ago.

The work went well, but the interaction with the company since that time has not gone so well. I paid with an Angieslist deal. A few months later I received an invoice suggesting I had an overdue amount. I called and was told that it had been sorted out. Again this month I received an invoice indicating I had not paid for the work. I have been travelling and didn't have a chance to again (!) call back to correct them... and today I received a call/voicemail telling me I never paid, and that I should soon or they would have a debt collection company take over the account. Really? After yet another call hopefully it is now resolved ...

We hired NW because of a problem with mice. Had a contract with them to treat the building quarterly. Still have the mice problem. Tried to get them to come and treat the building and got nothing but bad attitude from the employees of this company. I feel we wasted our money. Poor service and bad attitude.

No squirrels were ever caught, but they kept the traps in place for a week and came back twice to check on them. Then they sealed off the entrance after a week so no new squirrels could enter the porch ceiling

When he recommended mice abatement he described thoroughly the various levels of service available. They did a great job, were fast , neat and professional. It has been two days and I am already not hearing the mice any longer above my head at night. Excellent!

I used them in September. They're inexpensive, for that I would give them an A. They just kept coming out and doing the exact same thing and were expecting different results, you know the definition of insanity. So I was like if the rats aren't eating what you're putting out you need to change what you're doing. I just don't think they had enough training on what else you could do and they were splattering peanut butter across the bait, I don't know, which made a mess for number one and it really didn't prove effective. They just didn't offer the whole range or a broad enough spectrum of different ways to attract the pests and kill them. On top of the things they were using, the pest would eat go and die in a borough as opposed to catching them in a trap which you could dispose of them very easily. There were just so many things that could have went different in their approach to pest control.

Paul D arrived punctually. He educated me and thoroughly inspected my home for termites and mice. Explained each step of the way. Discussed my choices for surveillance and the treatment options available. I decided to have bait traps placed for mice and that was done during this visit. Very informative and productive visit and I did not feel pressured to choose to have any work done in addition to the inspection.

They were supposed to look for all the places they could get in, they did not do this.

Very pleased thus far, haven't had many problems with bugs since they came
