Great!!
Description of Work: I had a mystery squirrel that got into a bedroom wall, and would return nightly. There was no noise from above, and they checked the attic for rodent evidence and went aroud the house on a 40' ladder...nothing. The next week I had NW return while I opened up the wall. There was an old uncvered Chiminy vent from the old gas days at turn of century (1900s). The squirrel was going up on the roof, down the chimney and through the old vent to a small space in the wall. They found hair, laughed and closed up the vent. No more problems. Great job. A previous pest control co had told me there was nothing they coul do, and it wasn't squirrels. NW stuck with me untill we got to the bottom of the matter, and the price was great.

Went very well.
Description of Work: Squirrel removal from attic, entrance from hole beneath gutter. Mesh installed, one way door, two traps placed on roof. NW came, we agreed on work, their guy quickly installed everything, and returned next day to remove two trapped squirrels. Fast, professional, courteous, great job.

Good work over all.

Description of Work: we had a problem with mice. I called nw pest control on firday 4/24/09,spoke with a representative explsining proble. He was very helpfull determing what problem and would sent service man out on monday. As promised. servieman came out on monday and explained in detail what he belived prolem area was and how he could rectify. Set traps in appropiatre areas and suggested were mice could be coming into house. Servie is warrantied for 6 months so far we have not heared on seen any mice. Very satisfied with company and how they handled situation on a timel manner.

Very well, as mentioned above.
Description of Work: Large wasps appeared in the driveway, and I discovered mounds in the soil, as well as tunnels -- several. Phil came out the same morning I called, diagnosed the problem, treated the problem by spraying into the holes and tunnels, and I got the Angie's List discount, thus paying $190. The work came with a warranty lasting until 12/31/2008. He asked me to call back if after 3 days I still see any wasps. The job was done yesterday. I haven't seen any wasps today. Phil was courteous, efficient and pleasant, and explained what he was doing and why. He seems knowledgeable and enjoys his work. This is always nice to see.

Description of Work: WE GOT AN ESTIMATE BUT HE SAID HE DO THE WORK BETWEEN 1 AND 3 PM. AT 3:30 I CANCELLED BECAUSE WE HAVE TO BE OUT OF THE HOUSE FOR 4 HOURS AFTER THEY SPRAY.
