This particular project was to add liveable space to our house. Brad understood our vision and the daunting constraints of our project (due to the age of the house), and offered several creative options that would meet our functional needs while being visually appealing. We particularly appreciated his skill at thinking outside the box to address our projectâ s constraints. We were able to choose a design not only that would work but that we loved.

We are working with Brad on a home renovation and remodeling project. Building upon a structure that was built five decades ago is tremendously challenging, but Brad's patience, profound professional knowledge, and his familiar with a wide range of architectural styles make the whole process simple and fun.

Brad is very understanding and he is friendly. He is very good when architect and engineer comes.

It listened really well to my needs and cost effective.
