Description of Work: Mike was prompt and cheerful and managed a pesky plumbing job with good humor and professionalism. I particularly appreciated that he was EXTREMELY NEAT. He took care to ensure that the job was done properly and that I was fully satisfied before he left. I would definitely hire him again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to others.

Description of Work: He came promptly, evaluated the problem , located the parts, gave me an estimate, went and got the parts, and fixed the problem. Total time from introduction to repair was two hours. I am extremely impressed and he was nice, neat, professional and well mannered.

Description of Work: Mike met me at short notice for bathtub repair. shower on/off, stem and components needed to be replaced. There was also a drain stopper issue which we did a work around as it was very corroded. What puts Mike above the rest are the extra touches. He noticed the toilet handle needed adjusting and the bathroom sink needed a new filter. He took care of all these things on his visit at a reasonable price.

Description of Work: We had a broken toilet and a broken shut-off valve connected to the toilet. We bought our own toilet and I hired Mike from Angies List because his reviews were all so positive. Mike quoted me the toilet change in advance and he quoted me a lot of other projects that we hope to get around to doing. I called Mike yesterday to install the new toilet and I alertedtold him about some funny behavior I had noted from the shut-off valve. Mike was extremely professional, competent, friendly, and efficient. He showed up right on time, changed the toilet, took away the old one, replaced the valve (which he showed me was very, very broken) and he cleaned up the bathroom with windex before he left!

Description of Work: Mike did an excellent job. We had a leak from an upstairs bathroom to the kitchen ceiling. Mike came over twice, first diagnosing the problem and second time fixing the leak. He was responsive, professional and courteous. We like his quality of work. He billed me a total of $40 dollars for gas for his two trips and his office was no more than 10 miles away. Given the gas price today, I think I was over billed on that. Secondly, the final invoice lacked itemized costs, which did not show the $40 dollar gas nor the costs for the parts. Also if I had not mentioned the coupon he offered on the web site, I would not have got the $20 coupon.

Description of Work: Disconnected old gas dryer and installed new. Also took a look around the house and made a few recommendations.
