 + -1 moreKevin came and gave us an estimate, and was honest about which floors in our house (finished basement, laundry room) would not be good candidates for hardwood. He gave us several options, and we ended up going with bamboo for the finished basement, as a floating floor. Kevin initially said the project would take a week, but there were some delays -- some none of us could have predicted such as some major surprises when the wall-to-wall carpet was pulled up in a couple of rooms, but it also seemed like as the project went on he was at the house less and less, which slowed things down somewhat. Overall, the job took four weeks, instead of one. Kevin also left lots of debris in the yard, which was a hassle to get rid of.
Description of Work: Installed and repaired hardwood floors throughout the whole house.

 + -1 moreHe was extremely good. His price was far more reasonable than others. He did the job himself and was committed to the quality of the outcome. He took a few extra days, because there was stuff he had to deal with, but we agreed to that. Even though he found more troubles, he stuck to the original estimate.
Description of Work: Mazzarini removed an old linoleum floor and installed a new hardwood floor. He uncovered the old flooring, sanded it, finished it, and repaired a hole. He then re-finished the rest of the apartment.
