The piano hadn't been tuned in several years, so they recommended that a pitch raise be done in addition to a tuning. I prefer Saturday appointments, so I was hesitant to schedule the services because when I called, they only had someone available during the week. However, they must've made note of that, because they called me a few days later to tell me they had a Saturday appointment available. The day of the service, the technician came on time and did a thorough job. (He said that he's been working with pianos for about 30 years.) He even played some songs in between the tuning of different sections to make sure everything sounded right. He played well, so it was nice to hear! It was a little expensive, but the it was good quality work.
