The services that Lexel Moving provided were on point! They showed up on time and were dressed professionally and were very nice. They introduced themselves and asked for the specifics so we made sure we were on the same page. I would highly recommend them to anyone in the Boston area!

This company did an amazing job in helping me move from Boston. I was nervous in hiring a moving company instead of doing myself but Lexel Moving did a great job to calm my nerves and provided great customer service. I would recommend this company if you need to make a move.

I have moved 3x in the past 2 years and this by far was my BEST experience. Nick led the 3 man team along with Galo & Omar; who moved very quickly to get the job done within the 3 hours I had allotted. They were courteous, prompt, and very professional. I would recommend them to anyone I know moving and will certainly hire them again for a future move! Job well done!

Used Angies List deal for 3 movers for 3 hours for move from a one-bedroom in Allston to Somerville. The process took less that three hours, and I was very happy with the care taken of our stuff. Lexel was very helpful during the booking process.

The crew moved quickly and were very professional. They wrapped everything up and asked me exactly what it was that I wanted moved. They had a system in place to make the move go quick and smooth.

The movers worked extremely quickly, with no noticeable breaks of any kind - no cell phone calls, no coffee breaks, not even a stop between loading up and unloading. We did have one item broken (a picture that slipped out of a worker's hands at the very end of the move), but submitting a claim was easy and the response was quick and hassle-free.

Very well. The mover was very responsive and provided all the details prior to the day of the move. On moving day, they were prompt, efficient and everything was delivered safe and sound.

The workers were punctual and professional. But be aware that they have hidden fees. They charged another 30 dollars for the fuel cost on top of the coupon.

When I called to schedule they said it couldn't possibly be done for this price said I would need more time and a bigger truck. They wanted over a thousand dollars more. I moved my entire 1700 sqft house for close to that price. In the end I asked for my money back and moved the storage unit myself and a friend with a minivan in about the same 3 hours they said they couldn't do it. The deal felt like a scam and I will never use this company.

It went well except for one item that got somewhat damaged but no one knew how.

Went very well. The team was very careful and didn't take a break. They advised me to combine the Angie's list deal with the hourly rate for overages to save cost. The team came in under the estimate by $50-$100 dollars.

Poorly. This company may be very good at local and short distance moves, but they are not qualified as long distance haulers. We paid Lexel to pack, store over the long weekend and move our things to NC. The crew in MA were ok and packed and loaded the trucks. They failed to do a formal box count, which we accepted because we were the only load on the two trucks and were not to be unloaded for storage. The MA crew left cigarette butts on the property from their breaks and were for sure smoking something else besides cigs. The NC end was horrible. When I originally met with the owner Alex we agreed the trucks would unload in NC in the morning on June 2nd. We heard nothing from the movers between the pick up of goods and the day of delivery. I called twice to ensure things would go as scheduled and was assured it would. On June 2nd after I called them because the trucks had not arrived I was told the truck would arrive around 1pm. Alex told me they had "technical difficulties" with one of the trucks and our things had to be offloaded and reloaded onto a different truck on June 1. Which I personally did not believe and would have never allowed because no box count was done. When I expressed my displeasure with Alex and the way things were going - he literally laughed at me. The trucks arrived at 3:30pm in Raleigh! The movers were in our house and making noise in our new neighborhood until 11:30pm. They were sloppy and rushed. They didn't want to reassemble all the furniture until we threatened withholding the check. Movers can take advantage of you when they have all your stuff and I feel like Alex certainly did.

They were awesome. Arrived on time and were totally awesome. Smooth and fast move. Highly recommend them.

The team that came was pretty amazing and the guy leading the crew was a mastermind of efficiency. I was worried about some furniture that wasn't taken apart yet and other loose bits throughout the house and they took care of everything super efficiently.
