Excellent. Professional, quick, clean, responsive, nice. After installation, I noticed a hole in one of the screens. It was repaired and reinstalled promptly.

He was professional, gave me a reasonable quote and the windows installed are a high quality. There was an issue with the order and while they could have made an argument that it was my miss, he addressed it without hesitation. I'm contacting Jeff to come back and do the remaining windows.

Jeff's team did a fantastic job. Everything was done within five to six hours within one day with a small crew. Given that the original windows likely had lead paint inside of them, the crew took all necessary procedures to ensure save removal and disposal. I was also impressed with the clean-up and how well that installed the windows into the existing frame, which I wanted to keep in tact. I had a few follow-up questions following installation and someone came by and looked over everything with me and gave me some tips on maintaining the windows and using them properly. I highly recommend Jeff and his crew, they did a great job and worked efficiently.

Jeff Fisher came out to do the estimate. He measured the windows. I had a couple of questions which he checked with the Marvin distributor and got back to me quickly with answers and then a quote.. On the installation day, the crew called ahead to let me know they would be here in half an hour. Polo put me right at ease at the beginning during the walk through. He asked me about pets in the house and I told him we had our cat in the basement. He answered all my questions and showed me how the windows are installed. Polo, Juan, Dominic and Dave did an amazing job! They cleaned the openings nicely, leveled the windows and did a nice caulking job. As they were working I had questions for all 4, and they were great about answering them. I really appreciated the drop cloths, and the plastic coverings. The crew did such a great job cleaning up, the house was cleaner than when they got here. All the work was done with minimal commotion and not rushed, the crew knew what they were doing- a very smooth operation and it was all done in about 7 hours. I highly recommend Fisher Windows. They are professionals with a lot of expertise.

After an initial delay in obtaining an estimate from Jeff, the project went flawlessly. I was impressed with Dennis who did a great job in coordinating everything via email and keeping me informed. Dave and Domenic, who did the actual expert installation, were just fantastic: they were punctual, friendly, skilled, professional, and respectful, and did a superb job. They went the extra mile in re-installing the pesky window air conditioners. I can't say enough good things about them. I am extremely impressed with this team, and recommend them highly.

I am so pleased with the hole process. Dennis came to my house and gave me a quote and then set up the date for installation. Whenever I emailed him with a question, he was quick to respond. Paulo and Dominic were the two men who installed the storm windows and I can't say enough about them. They were friendly, polite and very nice. And they did a great job. Thanks so much.

A painless process. Jeff came in to measure up. Some of our windows were oversized, some on the third floor in a rental unit. We wanted "good" quality for some, and "rental" quality for the others. We changed our mind several times (during which I thought Jeff would tell us to go for a swim in the Charles - not happy about that as it was winter), but he did not. Very patient. His people came and worked during the winter. All done as promised in one day. No mess inside or out. Took all the old stuff away. Cheerful and worked hard. Very happy. Wholly recommendable.

We looked for almost a year for the right contractor to replace our 17 casement windows after purchasing our home in 2015. Every reputable company that came in either didn't send a bid, sent a bid that made no sense to the customer, or were difficult to reach/communicate with after the bid. I found Jeff on Angies List and hesitant to use a non-personal recommendation, did my due diligence before hiring him. Jeff called me back the day I emailed him, came to the house a few days later, sent a proposal via email (a novel concept, that contractors use email!!!) and answered all of my questions in record time. We financed the windows through Mass Saves as they qualified for a single pane replacement zero percent interest loan. Jeff also talked me through that process (something that no other contractor has been able to do). Jeff's credentials and licenses are listed on his website - amazing. I also called Harvey Windows (the vendor we chose) to make sure Jeff was legit. They fully endorsed his work and said he had a very active account. A few weeks before windows were in, someone from Jeff's office emailed me to see if I had any questions. He then confirmed twice before install day. Jeff's crew showed up early, and before they left each of the three days they were there, they cleaned up so well that besides the equipment neatly tucked away in our kitchen, you would never know we were having work done. They were respectful and kind. Jeff allowed me to pay in installments, never asking me to do anything I was not comfortable with. We have an older house that we are doing a lot of work to. I have, within the year, probably met with 30-40 contractors within varying specialties. Jeff was, by far, one of the easiest to work with. I highly recommend.

From the start to finish, Fisher windows was a pleasure to work with. I had originally scheduled 3 estimates based on Angie's list reputations. Jeff came by the same day to discuss what I needed and the job. We walked around the house to the various windows so he could take measurements and discussed the type of windows/replacement needed. I also needed a new bay window, so we talked about that process as well. He was knowledgeable and to the point, and didn't waste my time trying to sell me more etc. I found his pricing to be competitive and not overwhelming. And the timing of the installation to be reasonable as well. As for the job, it worked out very well. Polo and his crew were very courteous and nice to work with. They called me each morning before arriving and showed up on time each day. They cleaned up after each time they came. They said it would take about 3 days and it did. Dennis scheduled the job pretty much exactly in the time frame they had told me. Any questions I had, they were happy to explain it to me. One of my windows was supposed to be tempered, so they took the time to order it and came back and installed it with no issues, as well as finished up a couple other minor things. I'd recommend anyone to use them.

I can't say enough good things about this company. A positive experience from beginning to end. Jeff Fisher helped me choose a high quality product for an excellent price. He could not have made the process any easier. The installation team are a great group of skilled professionals who really work well together. Jeff is a great communicator and was always quick to respond to a phone call or email. I really want to thank Jeff and his crew for replacing the windows and door. Jeff worked with me on the payment plan since this job is really on the high end of my budget. He was able to let me extend one more month before i make my final payment. Quality was great. the crew was very easy to work with and professional to make sure everything is clean up and personal belongs are not disturbed. I definitely want to rehire them to do the next phase of my window replacement at the end of this year.

Jeff has an encyclopedic knowledge of Windows. Estimate was fast. He coordinated an unusual, mirrored window for a special need without any hassle. He was only estimate I got and went with him without hesitation.

It was the easiest project ever done on my house. Everything was taken care of from estimates to finding the best fitting windows to ordering the windows through installation and cleaning after. Perfect communications. One of the windows appeared to have a manufacturing defect -- this issue was resolved by Jeff with not ado and no additional cost.

I would happily recommend Jeff Fisher Windows and Contracting to friends and family. It was great working with Dennis, Jeff and the installation crew from start to finish. We started chatting in August 2015 and they finished the final installation on November 25, 2015. They made the process easy. Dennis was incredibly patient with my many questions and he told me about the MassSave program too which allowed me to get a loan to cover the cost of the windows. The old windows rattled and let air escape and now the new windows are keeping out the street noise and the house feels cozy.

Jeff is a pleasure to deal with, a true professional. I am very satisfied with the process and highly recommend him and his team. Their quote was reasonable, he didn't push one type of window, and prices included installation and cleanup. He installed them when he said he would, the team was here for a 3 days, and were very good at what they do. We ran into a problem with the grids on the sliders, but he explained the situation, dealt with the company and solved the issue. It's the way I hoped replacing my windows would go; fair price, honest, reputable and professional owner and installers, and a very satisfied customer.
