Jeff Fisher Windows & Contracting

We needed six 20-year old windows replaced in our condo unit. Jeff and his crew did fantastic work for us. They were very professional during the entire process, from the initial scoping of the job to the bid to the prep (coming out to our home a few times to take measurements) to the actual installation (which required ~2 days). The windows look great, and the workmanship of the installation was top-notch. We definitely would hire them again for future projects.

Replacing windows in your home can be a stressful and daunting project, but Fisher Windows made this whole process seamless and provided some of the highest quality work and professionalism. Most reasonable estimate by far. Quick turnaround time. Super friendly, professional, and responsive staff. Went above and beyond to accommodate us around the due date of our baby. Couldn't ask for a better experience and would use them again for the rest of our windows.

I really like the way Fisher Windows operates. There was no hard sell at all. The sales rep came by and measured my windows and got an idea what I wanted, then he sent me some options. I liked that he suggested the less expensive of the options, rather than trying to upsell me. He also noticed that most of the windows in my building are brown on the outside to match the trim, and he included that option in the estimate. He said up front that Fisher might not be the cheapest, but that is because they pay their people well, so the people stay and are very experienced. The guys who came to install the windows were super nice, and they were so neat, you could hardly tell they had even been there, except that I had new windows! The windows look great. My only regret is that I did not do this sooner!

This is the most professional company I have ever worked with. If you need windows, this is the company for you. They showed up on time and were extremely polite and knowledgable. They cleaned up to the point that you couldn't even tell anyone was there. In addition, they were very much price competitive and I got a bunch of estimates. I got the call my windows were ready and scheduled the installation. Polo and his crew installed all 21 windows in the two days they promised the job would be done. This house was built in 1912 and there were minor differences in the size of the window openings causing minor adjustments to the outside trim but they took the time to be sure the windows were centered in the openings. The windows are exactly what I wanted and they look fantastic! I highly recommend any one who is shopping for windows, do yourself a favor and give Jeff Fisher a call. You will not receive any high pressure sales calls, instead you will get an honest assessment of the windows you want installed as well as estimate. The estimate was so close to the final figure I was astonished. This company knows the importance of treating customers well. I had resigned myself to "attention fees" for one thing or another but the installation crew are professionals and they did add a cent to the bill. The employees are all very personable and they clean up every area they've done work. If you need windows, call Jeff Fisher, you won't be sorry, they are THE BEST!!!

Fisher Windows was a great company to work with from beginning to end. Timely & reasonable estimate. Windows were ready when they said they would be, installation happened exactly as promised. Crew was prompt, friendly and tidy. Quickly fixed the relatively minor concerns I pointed out & even called me at work to let me know about a small issue with my dog & offered to help out with it. We replaced 9 old, single-pane with top of the line Marvin Ultimate double-pane windows. Jeff's team was highly professional: arrived and completed project on time, was respectful of our space, communicated details clearly. Fantastic guys. Jeff was a thorough professional and offered competitive price and sent an excellent crew to get the job done. One point to note was that the day of install was extremely cold outside.But his crew took pride in their job and braved the cold and got the job done and left the place clean. The window replacement by Jeff Fisher, Inc., went smoothly and incredibly quickly! The only small issue was a need to do a little better cleanup after the first day, and they were extremely responsive and conscientious after I brought this to their attention. They were even extra quiet while my toddler was napping down the hall!

This was the best group of workmen we have ever had in our house--it almost made me want to have more windows to replace! Not only were they neat, quiet, and efficient, but I just loved the way that the foreman interacted with the other workers (and vice versa)--it was so incredibly respectful and polite. Excellent experience! Jeff came out and suggested that he could make a temporary fix, by putting a layer of plywood on the outside with a layer of insulation on the inside of that- that would give us time to think over what we want to do for the big picture, as there are many other places inside and outside the house where we need non-window as well as window work done. Polo and Dominic came out promptly- did the job quickly, were very friendly and responsive to questions, checked with us during the process and at the end, cleaned up- all the very positive things that have been mentioned in other reviews. We are very appreciative of Jeff's responsiveness, help and thoughts, and will definitely plan to be calling Fisher Windows for the window work we anticipate we will be needing in the future.

The service was great and Jeff and his team were clean, punctual, professional, and communicative throughout the process. I felt like everyone was honest and helpful and really dedicated to a job well done. We had a lot of windows that needed replacing, and when they came to do the job, they quickly realized that whomever had done our old windows about a decade earlier had done a super crummy job. They fixed everything with the current install and I noticed such a huge difference right from the start. I'm so happy we had this project done and so happy we went with Jeff Fisher!

From start to finish I could not be more pleased with the job Jeff Fisher Windows did for us. We called Jeff for a quote and he was out the next day and measured all windows for replacement. He answered our questions and offered advice. The quote was emailed to us within 24 hours. Jeff's price was competitive but the main reason we went with Fisher was Jeff's presentation. It gave us the confidence we were looking for in a job this size. The crew arrived as scheduled and were professional, friendly and very skilled. They worked as if they were choreographed. Every window in the house was replaced, all debris removed and every room vacuumed in less than 8 hours. When the crew left it was like they were never here except we had beautiful new windows. The crew chief, Polo, took time before they started to put us at ease and explain what they would be doing. And after the job was complete, Polo, again demonstrated how to operate the windows and answer our questions. We could not be more happier with the job or pleased with our experience with Fisher Windows.

While I didn't wind up going with Jeff, I did want to make note that he was very professional, extremely responsive and informative, and provided a very fair estimate.

He has done all of my windows now, except for the basement. I'm not sure I need to do the basement, but if I did, I would call him.

I couldn't have asked for a better crew to have done this work. The work was completed in a fast and efficient manner and the guys did an excellent job cleaning up at the end of the day. The whole job took 2 days and I'm very satisfied with the finished project. I would certainly hire Jeff Fisher Windows & Contracting again for any project I had involving windows.

I found them on Angie's List and had great ratings so I decided to contact him. Jeff came to my house for the estimate. He was really friendly and responsive in email afterwards. They came and left when they said they would. The guys who came to the house were really nice. They cleaned up everything when they were done. I was never left in the dark about the process, no surprises. The windows came out great. I had to do a little touchup work around the trim, which was expected and explained to me so everything was good there. I gave them all A's because they deserved all A's. I'd recommend them to my friends who own houses and need new windows. Thanks for the wonderful windows! I noticed a big difference!

Great! The installation was very speedy, and the windows look great. They were very responsive to questions and issues raised (both before and after installation). I financed the window work through the state MassSave program, and they were very flexible working with me on that (and allowed me to pay for the windows after installation, once the MassSave loan money came through). No complaints.

Windows are a huge investment and can be scary. Jeff and his team were amazing and I would absolutely recommend them highly, and would hire them again any time. Jeff came out and did the estimate/measuring himself. We had some special requests for windows in the bathroom, kitchen and especially what was replaced on the 3 season porch. He answered all of our questions, discussed window brand pros and cons, and the order came in exactly as we wanted, no issues. It was a 3 day job - Jeff was here himself on the first day and then the two crews that were here were fantastic. They worked hard, were very friendly and super clean. There was some issues with fitting in a kitchen window but they work around it until it fit perfectly. The 3 season porch requires some framing be done so the windows would fit properly but they handled that with no issue. I could not be happier with our new windows or the job that Jeff and his teams did.
