+ -1 moreOur heat had gone off on one of the coldest days of the year. The pilot light on the furnace would not stay on. He was able to come very quickly after we spoke and had quoted the correct price. He did a great job and we had our heat back on in no time, which we were thankful for with a small child in the house.
Description of Work: Pilot light on the furnace was broken and would not relight.

+ 0 moreWe found Jason through Angie's List. He did a good job given the situations we ran into with the Utility company. We bought the house and the oil system was in shambles. The house did not have gas either and we had to pull a gas main into the house. The time it took from start to finish was about 3 months, most of this time was spent dealing with the utility company on getting the service, then getting the boiler and then having the inspectors come. We are happy with the new system and also glad we don't have to do this again.
Description of Work: They replaced oil burner and tank-less water heating with a completely new gas boiler and indirect hot water heater. This required the complete removal of the oil system, added new pumps and pipes to the existing forced hot water system using the existing zones.

+ -1 moreVery well, phoned Jason and he rapidly came to the rescue. Came to house, he has worked here before, entered as directed, made repairs, left bill, locked up and left. He did his usual workmanlike job, cleaned up and left us with hot water and heat.
Description of Work: Emergency replacement of thermocouple on furnace. Jason and his former partner installed the furnace and heating system several years ago. They have returned to install and additional heating zone and other smaller jobs. Found ourselves without heat or hot water early in the morning. Former partner not available, Jason was.
