Call was answered promptly and service provided within a week or so of call.

He did a good job. It was a small operation so I didn't hire him to do all my yard work but he is a good company.

I told Jon the reason for the overhaul of the yard was for a quick sale. As a result, we decided not to plant grass in the back yard as it wouldn't have time to take hold and also to keep costs down. Jon gave a prompt estimate and said he would be on-site during the work. His worker came and did the job after Jon briefed him on the particulars of the extensive job and then left. The worker did almost all of the numerous tasks without prompting, and happily completed all with some prompting. He mowed the front, applied grass seed to areas damaged by my dog, and weed-wacked the back yard. He also did extensive cleanup work on the yards to the sides of the house. One of the tasks was to create new beds in the front and side by digging up grass, transplanting my own hostas, and applying mulch. Unfortunately the hostas had been severely damaged by the weed wacking, and the purpose of the whole overhaul was to get the house ready for sale soon. I guess it was just fortune that I needed to get other work on the house done, so I didn't put it on the market during the summer, or I would have been in trouble. Jon told me that the hostas would regrow their leaves in three weeks. It actually took more like two months for them to look anything like normal. He did apply more mulch free of charge when the mulch he first applied washed away in the rain. Although there were problems with the service, overall it was worth the trouble because his price was so far below any of the other three estimates I got and I needed to save money. Also he is very responsive to input.

Well, but they got an emergency call and had to leave when they were part way through. We got home from work that day and could see that it was started but not finished with no note to explain. We called to see when they'd be coming back and they apologized and explained the situation and came back the next day to finish the job.

All in all, I'm happy with them. Giancarlo has been responsive and willing to fix the things that have gone wrong. His employees work very hard, are very nice, and are very appreciative. He arrived on time to provide an estimate that I had requested, and because it was a busy work day, I actually forgot about it and was in the shower when he arrived. He was nice enough to wait outside for at least 5-10 minutes for me to come out. This made a great first impression. He looked over everything, gave me an idea of what services would be provided for the spring cleaning, and wrote out an estimate that was accurate. The first day he came out, the workers spent at least 12 hours on the property. Everything was great and they did a nice job cleaning up. A broom of mine was accidentally broken, but Gian said to simply take it off of the bill. They arrive weekly to do the lawn and do a great job. There is one big big negative that is likely a misunderstanding, but still really gets to me - during the estimate process, I had mentioned wanting to pull some shrubs along the walkway and to just have grass there, as the prior owners didn't take good care of them and they looked bad. I said I wanted to do it at a LATER date because of financial reasons. During the spring clean-up, however, they pulled the shrubs on the walkway anyway and planted grass seeds. I wasn't home during the clean-up and was surprised to see the shrubs gone. What really really got to me, however, was that the shrubs that were AGAINST THE HOUSE and not just the walkway shrubs were pulled. So the front of my house now no longer has a single shrub and I do not have the financial means at this time to plant anything along the house. I also have no idea what I even want there, so I need to fork out additional expense to have it designed. Perhaps the house/walkway mishap was a misunderstanding. Fine. When I called Giancarlo about it, he said to not worry about the payment and to pay that part when I was ready. He said it was just easier to do all of the work at once since such substantial work was being done anyway. That being said, the front of my house still has no shrubs and I probably wouldn't have pulled anything for at least another year. I especially would NOT have pulled any of the shrubs lined up against the house for another several years. This part is something I'm not happy about at all. I appreciate that I don't have to pay for the pulling of the shrubs until I'm ready, but they also pulled shrubs that I certainly did NOT want pulled...at all. The other thing to note, although it has not affected the quality of service - I received a bill from Paul Bianchi, his son - I guess they run different companies but share some clients with Gian doing the larger jobs and giving the mowing and such to his son. He said that if it was a problem, to let him know. It's not bad, per se, but was initially confusing.

Great. Only difficulty was communicating with Angel who was on site and didn't speak so much English, but I called John with my concern and he came to the house to look at it.

John was very responsive all along. Provided an appropriate estimate on the spot in writing along with tentative assignment completion date. Very professional. Unlike most contractors even suggested doing somethings later on to get the most benefit rather than doing it at the time of the request.

I don't remember how much we spent the last time they were out. They were great. Their price seemed reasonable. Nothing is ever cheap as you want. They didn't show up on one day but that was because it was raining.

Giancarlo was very responsive, gave me an excellent estimate and finished the job in 1 day. They removed old grass and and tilled the soil before seeding. New grass came out beautiful. There were only few small bald spots that I patched up.

Both the price to value and service were great.

I would recommend them because they were reliable. I got other estimates and their price was a bit lower. The trees look just like what I wanted them to look like and they cleaned up well.

His guys are professional. They do an amazing job. His prices are really reasonable. He works with you on pricing. I'm unemployed, and he has worked around that; he is very flexible.

Arrived two days early because rain was in the forecast for the scheduled day. Not only did I find this considerate as some companies will mow your lawn wet creating a poorly cut mess, but the mow was way overdue (my fault) so the early appointment was welcome. Two guys showed up with 2 push mowers to mow an acre of lawn so I was a bit skeptical at first. They were done in about 3 hours, including leaf cleanup, and the job looked very professional. No broken sprinkler heads, no dirt/clippings on the pavement or walks. Overall, impressed.

Great - I loved how prompt they were. Everything was done within 1 week of my first call and they did everything I asked for at a reasonable price. The guys worked very hard and Mr. Bianci was very nice and very professional.

I have had another yard service for years and they never did a complete job....These guys were terrific....Afterwards they even asked me if it was OK....They were nice guys and easy to work with... I always thought that the A ratings were given by the families of the workers ...I guess I was wrong.... They deserve the A rating..

He works really hard. He just works and doesn t stop. He shows up on time. He is very professional and is very helpful. He doesn t come to my area that often but when he does, he shows up with a person and works till he finishes everything to his satisfaction.
