Description of Work: The man just flipped a switch we had inadvertently left in the off position. I feel they never should have charged the entire price for the call. Just seems ridiculous to us.

Description of Work: I was very impressed with Genove. They are very organized, efficient and professional. I called to sign up for oil delivery and again when I found they had a "big deal" through Angie's list for oil burner cleaning. Both phones calls were a breeze -- very professional office staff. The service cleaning was equally good. The service man was right on time, and did a great job. I totally recommend these folks.

Description of Work: Genove oil has serviced my oil boiler for years (>10). They come yearly to do the maintenance and when I loose heat due to weather related issues. They are always a pleasure to work with. My brother switched oil companies 3 times before finding them. They are truly a gem to work with. The staff are always willing to explain things and answer questions.
