The whole experience was fantastic. Armando and his guys were friendly and always punctual (even a little early), and left the house cleaner than it was to begin with. I couldn't have asked for any better service and we LOVE our new air conditioning.

I asked Genove to come out and look at an air conditioner that wasn't working. They identified a problem and we talked briefly about repair. They said it could take two to four hours to find the leak in our refrigerant lines. They didn't bring nitrogen with them to pump into the system to check for leaks, which was frustrating but within the confines of what a diagnostic visit could entail. I know other companies come prepared to do more, but it's certainly not required. We opted not to repair so the relationship very short-lived.

It took 3 - 4 days for the provider to contact me. Then they called me and gave me a time to come for the service. They ran a little late, so came in approximately 30 minutes late and when the technician showed up, he said that his boss told him to tune the A/C as opposed to cleaning the Oil Furnace. I had purchased a coupon for cleaning the oil furnace. Once he confirmed, things went pretty smoothly after that. He did his work and left. Other than the mis-communication within the company, things were ok.

Came to our house and gave a quote. Armando was very professional and informative. Will definitely contact him again if we need more work.

I have used Genove several times in the past for work on my boiler and water heater. They are great guys and do excellent work. I recently had them come give me a quote me for a full AC replacement. They quoted me several thousand dollars more base-level Carrier equipment than did their competitor using performance series Carrier equipment. I knew they do a good job, but couldn't justify the cost.

Genove sent someone over to give me 20 gallons of oil and prime my furnace. Upon arrival the technician also diagnosed that my electric igniter had failed and replaced it. The entire visit took about 45 minutes with the majority of that being pouring oil into my filler cap. The technician was prompt, pleasant and helpful, able to make the repair in the same visit. Everyone involved was very nice and I would use Genove again.

It went really well. Danny cleaned the unit and was patient through my questions. He took his time cleaning the indoor unit and the outdoor unit and was patient through my questions which I asked for my education.

Their technician read the troubleshooting label on the cover of the compressor. But, he wasn't able to make out what the problem was. The unit is from Mitsubishi. So I called the Mitsubishi support line to get a number so that the technician could call Mitsubishi support to work with him to figure out the faulty part. They were able to figure out that the PC Board is not working. So we need to replace that. As a matter of fact, it's still under warranty. So, I'm just waiting for the part. But, the company is not the one where I bought the unit. So, they can't get the part. I have to contact my supplier to get that part. They're very responsive. They do a great job scheduling. But, I don't think that's an hour and a half work. Most of the time the technician was just there reading the label. He thought that the words were in Japanese. But, actually they're in English. They're just super small. So I wouldn't mind paying for an hour of work. But I think an hour and half, that's a little bit stretched.

I thought my A/C broke down, also was having a difficult time with thermostat. It was a easy fix and replaced my thermostat. The technician was very knowledgeable, informative, helpful, and I would use them again .

Danny from Genove Oil arrived right on time and got to work looking at and cleaning our air conditioning unit. The unit hadn't been working, so in addition to the tune-up and cleaning he was able to diagnose the problem and fix it. We were very satisfied with the service.

I called the previous week and asked when they would be able to come and do a full system tune up. The person arrived the next week during the previously provided time window. He was very professional and knowledgeable about all the systems and did a good job of getting everything done.

It is a very simple process with them. They are responsive and have great phone answering service during off hours that handles things right away.

Genove is a great company. We had used them as our oil provider for 8 years in our last house. Any time we had a problem, they had very good pricing and they always showed up when they said they would. The people that work for them are knowledgeable and even if the problem wasn't something that they could take care of, they always had great recommendations.

A-1 service. The service provider was on time and was incredibly courteous. He diagnosed the problem quickly and informed me that he had to go to a neighboring town to get the part that would fix the air conditioning unit. After the job was complete, he walked me through the repair. The service cost was within a few dollars of the estimate. He went along his way in under the time quoted necessary to complete the job. Genove is clearly a cut above the rest when it comes to service.

I've had Genove delivering oil to my house for maybe 10 years. Tank has never been empty. No billing problems. Every once in awhile they come out and tune up the oil burner. Not outrageously expensive. Once in the winter the hot water stopped working and they came out that day. Reliable.

Great company. Used them for 25 years until we switched to natural gas. Always prompt, thorough, and helpful. Had to call them one year at 7:00 PM on Christmas Eve because furnace shut down. They were here in half an hour and didn't leave until the heat was back on. Oil prices were always reasonable--always below the regional averages for that day (you can find that on various web sites).

Replaced and now functioning properly.

Call company in the morning. Someone was over within an hour. Office called me and perfectly timed to allow me to commute home from work and not spend a long time waiting for someone to arrive. Professional and got the job done quickly.
