He took the time to explain various options, along with their pros and cons, and ultimately recommended a system that Genove does not currently provide as the best option to meet my needs. Bought an Angie's List deal (our first) to have our 25 year old AC unit inspected and tuned up before the season. Danny showed up early, was extremely professional and knowledgable, and gave us great advice about the system and how to keep it running as long as possible. More importantly the AC is in great shape and working well!

As a Customer Service professional of more than twenty years, I am sensitive on this point. After my oil company of fifteen years replaced their wonderful staff with rude and disrespectful people who always sounded like hostages, I felt too often like an address, as opposed to a person. I moved our business to Genove Oil, and have never been disappointed: Prompt and courteous professionals who get the job done. Best of all, they anticipate storms and see that we have a full tank before the storm hits, which makes working with them utterly seamless and stress-free. If you can set up a monthly auto payment, you'll never worry about a thing.

They arrived on-time. They were professional and courteous. They were knowledgeable and helpful. They took a quick look at our set-up and offered some extremely helpful advice. They couldn't do the work we were looking for, but gave us an opinion on what could and should be done, as well as what shouldn't be. They did refer us back to the original installer because of some of the issues involved. It was an honest and helpful visit that really gave me a lot of perspective on a heating system I was new to and didn't know much about. If we have to replace the system or if we decided to install central AC in the house, they are certainly on the short list for us to consult.

Errol showed up early (after calling to check that was OK), was friendly and professional. After he finished he walked me through what he did and answered my questions. I'd gladly use them again.

From start to finish, everyone at Genove was fantastic to work with. Armando, our main contact, always showed up exactly when he said he would, and provided frequent and friendly updates throughout the process. We always had a sense of exactly what the plan was and how to execute it, and Genove worked around our schedule to get the work done promptly and well. This was an amazing change of pace from the other furnace companies we'd reached out to, who were pretty much universally hard to contact and terrible at following up. The workers from Genove did an awesome job, and our house is completely comfortable now, just in time for the first big chill of the season. Can't recommend them highly enough.

Even though I unlimitedly decided to go with different oil delivery provider, I wanted to acknowledge Rob, the sales representative, who was patient, punctual and courteous with answering myriad of my questions. Even when I informed him about going another way, his reply was in good spirit. The reason I decided to go with another company was that they offered free parts and labor inclusive free plan for two years and lower oil price. However,Genove?s price is still better than a lot of other full-service providers. Also, they do not lock you in the contract. I will definitely refer to Ron when shopping for oil providers in future.

It went well. The technician spent a good amount of time unclogging my unit and explained why my AC is not working at full capacity. He tightened my AC compressor, but unfortunately after he left the unit was still very noisy. Overall I am satisfied with the work performed.

The provider was professional on the phone and scheduled the appointment promptly. The service person who came to the home was very professional and helpful. He did a great job.

The service was excellent. I had gotten a very high CO2 reading on my boiler during my energy audit and found Genove Oil through Angies List. They were prompt, scheduling the service within a week, and the serviceman was excellent. He was honest, helpful and took the time to show me how each radiator worked, what needed to be replaced and re calibrated, etc. I would highly recommend them.

So, our central air stopped working and I called Genove in the morning to set up an appointment. It was hot and muggy and Genove thankfully set up an appointment on the same day for the afternoon. About an hour before the time, they called to confirm the appointment and the time. Frankie (the technician) showed up right on time during the window and inspected the problem. We were concerned that we may have some major costs as it is a fairly old system. Anyway, after looking at the outside condensor, Frankie was worried that we may have to replace that. However, he looked at the HVAC (blower) system downstairs and he figured out that the motor was shot. Genove, again thankfully had the part in stock, so he went back to the office, got the part, and then replaced it right there. He checked to see if that fixed the problem, which he did. We are about a week in, and so far so great! Amazing, honest service. I highly recommend them and Frankie, of course. Thank you!

I spent $132 just to have the gas shut off for the boiler and the guy from Genove only stayed for 10 minutes. Unbelievable.

it went OK except for he charge me extra for what I don't know I asked him what was it for he said he would send me the information in the mail I told him I wanted a receipt, he wouldn't give me one he said I will mail it and I never received anything in the mail since he also left grease all over my AC unit I would definitely feel this guy I still don't know what I paid for when it comes to the extra 150 or $160 and I still want to know why he charge me extra and what for and I want A receipt . I couldn't believe he wouldn't give me a receipt

Got held up at a previous job, but was still only about an hour after the given estimate. We have a unit in the attic accessible through a small crawl space. It's really very cramped up there but the technician shimmied into the space and got the work done checking on all the ducts and AC unit. He took out the filters and cleaned them for us. Our compressor is also tough to access. It's against a fence in the back, but he was able to clear it out. Overall, our technician was very professional. Friendly, but got right down to business.
