Great service! I called Genove when my central air-conditioning would not cool. They came out immediately, assessed the problem and gave an estimate. The first small fix did not work (not because of Genove, but because my outdoor unit had multiple problems). Despite this, Genove came out again and re-assessed the problem. They gave another estimate, obtained and quickly replaced the part.

They came on time, as scheduled, and when they arrived they told me they don't service window air conditioners. However the gentleman, Anthony Caira, was extremely helpful and offered suggestions and took a look for free. He was very helpful and I couldn't ask for any better customer service. He went beyond the call of duty, and I'm a harsh critic, so that's saying a lot.

Overall, I was happy with Genove's response whenever we had difficulties with our boiler. They answered the phone quickly, got technicians out ASAP and were very responsive and professional.

We were very happy with the professionalism and the results of the service. Our AC is working very well and has made the last few hot days a non-factor when we are inside the home.

Phil, Frank and the people who work for them are the best. When I was looking to purchase my home almost 20 years ago, they came several times to look at my systems, make recommendations, etc. as a courtesy not knowing if I would buy the house or use them for my oil and service. I did buy and have used them since, I also make it a condition for my tenants to use them as I trust their service. Whenever I have needed them for service or an emergency, they come immediately. Their professionalism, quality of service, responsiveness, and courtesy are all top notch. There are less expensive providers, but I have always valued our relationship and feel confident that they will take care of me if needed. Not many providers these days that one can say that about, esp. without hesitation.

I didn?t select them at the end but they were very professional. Their bids were very competitive. However, I chose to go with another service provider to get the work done. They were prompt and gave a detailed bid. They came on time and they were able to come out the day I called them.

I called them on a Saturday when our heating system was acting up (holiday weekend, less than 20 degrees outside). The very nice guy who answered the phone said that they'd have somebody out within two hours. The serviceman arrived about 80 minutes later. He took a quick look at the system, observed the malfunction, and knew what needed to be fixed. Basically it hadn't been serviced in a long time, so one-half of a standard maintenance overhaul was required. He finished in under 90 minutes. He was efficient and left the area clean. The only thing I found strange was that he couldn't give me an estimate of how much it would cost. I called the office later that week to find out how much they would be charging me. The total was at the low end of what I'd guesstimated -- especially given that it was a Saturday. I would definitely use them again!

Very quick fix and they were very reassuring that it was no big deal and could be fixed permanently with the new part. They were very professional and knowledgable.

Very well. They provide our oil and keep our equipment running. They also provided an estimate on replacing one of our heating units too. Very friendly, professional and practical.

We turned on our heat for the first time this season and the furnace was churning out black smoke. Genove was able to come out and clean the furnace on Friday (called on Monday morning). Luckily we didn't need heat during the four day wait. Once cleaned, the furnace worked just fine.

FRANK TOLD US THAT BECAUSE OF THE ''CHEAP'' WAY THE ORIGINAL SYSTEM WAS PUT IN, THE OTHER WORK WOULD NOT BE FEASIBLE WITHOUT EXTENSIVE RE-WORKING AND SHOWED US WHY. THE SERVICE TECH, DAN, WHO LATER CAME OUT TO DO THE SEASON CHECK-UP WAS REALLY EXCELLENT AND VERY THOROUGH, AND EXPLAINED EVERYTHING HE DID AND WHAT WE SHOULD DO AND WATCH FOR IN THE FUTURE.

I FOUND THAT GENOVE DISPLAYED A GREAT DISREGARD FOR MY NEEDS. THEY MIGHT HAVE COMPETITIVE PRICES, BUT THEIR PEOPLE ARE POORLY TRAINED IN CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEIR BUSINESS PRACTICES ARE HIGHLY QUESTIONABLE.
