I cannot stop glowing over the job Fisher Windows completed for me. Where do I start? We had 13 windows replaced and they came to do proper measurement, quickly responded to be my emailed questions and managed to get the windows and complete the jobs in half the time they quoted us. UNBELIEVEABLE!!! Jeff had done the measurements himself giving us history of the business and along with the pricing is what sold us to contract with them. The pricing was reasonable we felt, but the real icing\cherry on the cake was the team and their professionalism, courtesy and cleanliness. Polo, Dom and Andersen arrived promptly, with a geniuine kind\friendly attitude and completed the replacement in 6 hours. ( 8:30 to 2:30) I coulnd't believe it. They put drop clothes and clear plastic over our beds and kid furniture and vaccuumed well after they completed the job. They were kind enough to show me how the process is done and were thorough in the completion of the job. We have had neighbors stop by to say how impressed they were with the timing of the job considering it was a full replacement and how nice they look. My husband and I can't stop staring at the windows and I will urge you to strongly consider and then hire them !

I was in need of replacing 13 double-hung old sash windows in my house and I received three quotes from different companies. In the end I settled with Fisher Windows Inc based on their knowledgeable feedback, competitive pricing and overall experience in the business. All of my interactions with the company were excellent and the quality of the installation work was exceptional. I was also pleased that they were able to assist in providing feedback needed for MassSave loan program on triple pane windows. I would highly recommend Fisher Windows!

Description of Work: 27 old storm windows were replaced with new ones. The two workers were very friendly, professional, and efficient. It was a huge undertaking, involving 3 stories of windows, and they did an excellent job. I recommend them with enthusiasm.

Description of Work: Got our first estimate from Jeff Fisher, and it came down to his or one other. We went with the other because the windows had a slightly better insulating rating, but we were impressed by Jeff Fisher's responsiveness and professionalism.

Description of Work: Replaced 16 windows in our condo. Everything went perfectly. Jeff and his crew we're prompt, courteous and very professional. Jeff replaced the windows in our previous home 20 years ago and we were so happy with the job he did we wanted to hire him again. We were thrilled to find out he would travel out to Lunenburg to help us out . Once again his crew did an amazing job and we would recommend them to anybody wanting their windows replaced.

Description of Work: Installed 6 replacement Harvey windows. The windows look great, Jeff was good to work with and the installation crew was friendly, professional, quiet (as can be when they're installing windows) and clean. Our new windows make me happy every time I walk by them - such a difference from our gross, foggy old windows! We are having to replace the windows in our house a little bit at a time, but we will definitely call Jeff Fisher Windows again.

Description of Work: Jeff and his crew replaced the old storm windows on my house with new Harvey Storms. Jeff was quick to respond to my request for an estimate. He came right out and measured and gave me a price on the spot. He worked with me around my schedule of having the house painted and installed the new windows on the arranged date. The windows look great and I am very happy with the work of Jeff and his crew. I would highly recommend them, and use them again for any future window projects.

Description of Work: My windows were first installed in 2002. Because of my request, Jeff had to use a manufacturer he didn't normally do business with. Eight years later there was a problem with the windows but the manufacturer had gone out of business. To his credit Jeff stood by his work and repaired the problem at his own expense. I would never use anyone else for replacement windows. Absolutely outstanding.

Description of Work: My experience with Prowindows was excellent. I called to obtain an estimate for replacement of a patio door and screen that had been sticking for years. The office staff was very nice on the phone and was able to fit me into the schedule on short notice. The owner, Jeff Fisher, arrived right on schedule for the estimate. Jeff was professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. He quickly determined that the door itself did not need to be replaced, but instead simply needed to have some adjustments made which he performed on the spot . He did recommend replacement of just the bent screen door which he ordered for me and will be installing soon at a nominal cost. As a result of his honesty and expertise, I was able to avoid the expense of a complete door replacement which would have cost me over $2000. And, remarkably, he did not even charge me for the adjustments he made while he was here. I can't remember the last time I had such a good experience with a home service professional. I will definitely use ProWindows again in the future.

Description of Work: We called them in for an estimate on new windows and they told us that our storm windows were great and that our interior windows were pretty good. They gave us the name of someone who could do repair. We were impressed that they were not pushing their business and trying to simply sell us.
