They do not carry the product I was seeking but were very helpful in referring me elsewhere. If they carried the product I wanted (storm windows), I would have asked them for an estimate. They seemed very professional.

We couldn't be more happy with the job Jeff and his crew did. They arrived on time, were extremely knowledgeable and happy to answer any questions we had. I would definitely hire Prowindows again.

It went very good. It took a while for all the custom made windows and doors to arrive, but when they did they were installed swiftly(2.5 days) and with care. The workers were pleasant, courteous, and cleaned up. They went to special efforts to make sure that the window installation was completed before our holidays. They work hard to assure total customer satisfaction and are very considerate to explain all aspects of the work. They also have a lot of experience and can help you in choosing the right window for your needs, since they install all the best brands.

We did not go with the replacement window option in the end, otherwise I would have used this company. Jeff is on time, returns calls, and is professional overall. I would recommend people considering his services when looking.

I got several quotes for this job. While not quite the lowest, Prowindows was by far the most comprehensive and professional looking quote. Very responsive when I had questions prior to signing the contract. Were able to actually come do the installation earlier than expected. Cleaned up after themselves. The windows fit perfectly, work easily, and look great!

Jeff is honorable overall and ultimately stood by his work, but disorganization and communication problems within his company made for a very frustrating six months until we finally got all of our windows installed as ordered. There were some errors (wrong windows installed- mismatched with others in the room), that took months and a ridiculous number of phone calls to get corrected. We like the windows; he priced them fairly, the cleanup by his men was good, but getting the job finished was a major headache. The disorganization began when the windows came in. We were trying to coordinate a special clean-up to minimize lead exposure during pregnancy, at Jeff's suggestion. Rather than give us appropriate notice to leave work and coordinate the cleaner, his office began calling us at about 6 am to ask if they could come install that day. (This happened a few times). This was indicative of the chaos that ensured thereafter. Good windows & installation, but a major pain.

The representative who came out to see us was quite nice, but we ended up going with another company from this list who just seemed to know a lot more about different options for windows and seemed much more responsive. Specifically, this rep recommended replacing each window individually without noting that in fact we could replace a set of windows with one larger picture window (he said that a larger window would be ''complicated'' but actually it didn't turn out to be difficult at all). He sent his estimate by email; there were no followup calls.

I called Prowindows for an estimate on both replacement & storm windows- I indicated to the rep that I was exploring both options. Jeff Fisher came out, was on time, friendly, & professional. Jeff gave me prices for windows & storm windows. I told Jeff that if I went with storms, I would want 21 Harveys, & was looking into wooden storms for 5 front windows. The next week I left a message on Jeff's cell that I would like to get the storms & also, if possible, would like a quote on 5 Marvin wooden storms. After not receiving a return call, I left 2 messages over the next week at the Prowindows office saying that I would like to schedule the installation of 21 Harvey storms. Jeff had said he would be interested in doing the windows or the storms. I never received the courtesy of a call back from Jeff & had wasted my time trying to schedule with him. I contacted a highly rated dealer on the List & smoothly arranged for the installation of the storms.

Jeff was very professional and on time. Work was done very cleanly, and for $450 a window seems great for installed Harvey wood windows (aluminum-clad). Work was excellent and went very smoothly. We highly recommend them!

I can't say enough good things about this company. From when Jeff came out to measure our windows and give estimate, to the two installers, to everyone at the company that I spoke with on the phone. Our last window took a while to install (because of our busy work schedules) and company was very patient with us which we appreciated! Really a well run, nice, family operated company that does excellent work. We love our new windows. Don't hesitate to hire this company.

I was completely satisfied with Pro Windows. Jeff came to the house within days of my first call; he had examples of the various different types of windows available to look at; he knowledgeably discussed alternatives and provided a quote within 48 hours. He accurately predicted when the work could be done (about 8 weeks later) and gave us 2 days notice before the crew arrived. They did the job in less than 8 hours, and cleaned up so well that when they left, you could hardly tell they'd been there. I had talked to some other contractors, but since what we discussed with them was not exactly what Pro Windows did, it is hard to accurately compare prices. I think that Pro Windows is relatively expensive, but I think they're worth it.

Friendly and professional staff. Installation was faulty on a couple of windows, and some windows were missing when they came to install. Two months later they still haven't replaced a wrong sash. Follow up is not great. There is an office, and always someone to talk to when there is a problem.

I FOUND PROWINDOWS ON ANGIE'S LIST, SO I WAS HOPING FOR A GOOD EXPERIENCE AND I GOT ONE. JEFF FISHER GAVE ME THE ORIGINAL ESTIMATE. HE WAS FRIENDLY AND HONEST AND DIDN'T TRY ANY HARD SELL TACTICS OF ANY KIND. HE WAS VERY GOOD ABOUT EXPLAINING THE VARIOUS OPTIONS THEY OFFERED. I HAD ORIGINALLY CALLED PELLA DIRECTLY AND GOTTEN A QUOTE, BUT THEY WOULDN'T TAKE THE JOB UNLESS I WAS ORDERING A MINIMUM OF 3 (OR WAS IT 4) PELLA WINDOWS. I ONLY WANTED TWO, SO IT WAS NICE DEALING WITH PROWINDOWS BECAUSE THEY WOULD DO THE WORK EVEN THOUGH IT WAS ONLY TWO PELLAS AND TWO VINYLS. THE WORK ITSELF WAS DONE VERY PROFESSIONALLY. THE GUYS SHOWED UP WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD AND WERE FINISHED IN 4-5 HOURS. THEY CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES AND WERE PLEASANT AND EASY TO DEAL WITH. THE JOB COST WHAT THE ESTIMATE SAID IT WOULD. I COULD HAVE SPENT LESS ELSEWHERE, BUT I COULD HAVE ALSO SPENT MORE. IN THE END IT WAS GOOD VALUE FOR THE MONEY.

JEFF WAS RESPONSIVE, PUNCTUAL, AND PROFESSIONAL. WE ONLY DID NOT USE HIM BECAUSE WE FOUND A CHEAPER SOURCE THAT WAS AS HIGHLY REGARDED ON ANGIE'S LIST. JEFF'S QUOTE WAS AROUND $8500 AND OTHER VENDOR WAS $6800. I DON'T HAVE A LOT OF TIME TO MEET WITH A TON OF VENDORS, SO I'M NOT SURE IF I COULD HAVE GOTTEN IT CHEAPER STILL, BUT I LIKED BOTH VENDORS SO I JUST WENT WITH THE CHEAPER ONE AND THE AL RECOMMENDATIONS. (WORK TO BE DONE NEXT WEEK). OH, OTHER VENDOR ALSO INCLUDED (AND WARNED ME THAT IT WOULD BE NEEDED) PAINTING THE EXTERIOR SPOTS WHERE THERE WOULD BE BARE WOOD FROM REMOVAL OF OLD STORMS. JEFF DID NOT DISCUSS THIS WITH ME, SO I DO NOT KNOW IF HE PLANNED ON DOING THAT AS WELL (IT WAS NOT SPELLED OUT IN QUOTE).

INITIALLY, MR FISHER WAS VERY PUNCTUAL IN RETURNING OUR CALLS, AND COMING OUT TO THE HOUSE TO ASSESS WORK. AFTER A FEW MONTHS WE RANG HIM BACK TO FOLLOW UP, CONFIRM QUOTE, AND DISCUSS WORK TIMETABLE. MR FISHER HAS REPEATEDLY NOT RETURNED OUR MANY PHONE CALLS (4 OR 5), AND HAS NOT BEEN ABLE TO BE CONTACTED. WE WILL USE AN ALTERNATE SOURCE.

THEY WERE RIGHT ON TIME TO QUOTE AND ANSWERED ALL OF MY QUESTIONS. THEY ARRIVED TO DO THE WORK WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD, EXPLAINED WHAT THEY WERE GOING TO DO, DID IT EFFICIENTLY, AND CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES. THREE MEN REPLACED ELEVEN WINDOWS (INCLUDING OUTSIDE ALUMINIMUM TRIM) IN ABOUT SIX HOURS.

PROWINDOWS DID AN EXCELLENT JOB ON MY WINDOW AND DOOR REPLACEMENT PROJECT. JEFF FISHER IS PROFESSIONAL AND EASY TO WORK WITH IN SELECTING THE RIGHT WINDOW FOR YOUR HOME. HE DEVELOPS THE QUOTE AS ACCURATELY AS POSSIBLE UP FRONT, AND THERE WERE NO ISSUES FOR US ON PRICE OR JOB CHANGES. I FOUND THE PRICING VERY FAIR FOR THE QUALITY OF WORK. THE CREW WORKING AT THE HOUSE WAS PROFESSIONAL, ON TIME, NEAT, AND REALLY CARED ABOUT DOING THE BEST JOB POSSIBLE. THERE WAS A LOT OF TRIM WORK , AND DEALING WITH OLD ROT AND WATER DAMAGE. THE FINAL RESULT EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS, AND I DO NOT HESITATE TO RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE. I WILL USE PROWINDOWS AGAIN.
