Fisher Windows

I was very impressed with the responsiveness and professionalism of this company, and the estimate they gave me seemed reasonable. Due to a number of other projects that I needed to have done on my home in addition to windows and siding, I decided to hire a different company/contractor who could complete all of the projects for a more affordable rate than if I had hired separate companies.

I had a fantastic experience. The guys who installed my windows did a great job. They had to rearrange the order of installation to fit my needs. I needed a place to put my dogs and they accommodated all of my requests! When they tore out the window frames, there was extensive wall damage (which couldn't be avoided) and they paid for someone to come out and re-plaster the damage. I was thrilled! The new frames are gorgeous! The carpenter who did them no longer works there, but the new (at the time) carpenter who did the crown molding and chair rail did a great job. I was so happy with all of the work!

The entire experience was great. Jeff came to my home personally to take measurements and gave me a printed estimate on the spot. The work was scheduled about three weeks later once the windows came in from the shop. The work crew was very friendly and I was impressed to see how clean they were when they went into my home. The quality of the work was great. The only minor hitch was that we had to reschedule because the windows were not available on the first shot. This was not completely Jeff's fault, but it would nice if they picked up the windows the day prior to the work so mix-ups at the warehouse would not require a schedule change.

Excellent, overall! Everyone showed up on time, and the work was completed in one-day, as they'd expected it to be. They also cleaned up the job. One minor complaint: they did not clean the windows after installation.

The job went very well. Two weeks after ordering my windows the job was completed in 2 1/2 days. The crew did a fantastic job installing and then cleaning up after themselves. The quality of work was excellent.

ProWindows did a great job! Jeff Fisher came to our home within a few days of requesting a quote to take measurements, explain how the rot problems would be repaired and show us window samples. Jeff was very professional and did a great job answering our questions. We also asked if the job could be scheduled around our work schedules so we could be available to let the crew in and get them started and Jeff graciously accommodated us. The work was completed in 2 days as estimated, the rotten sills and exterior window casings were skillfully replaced with Azek (a synthetic plastic material that looks like wood but is guaranteed not to rot) to prevent future problems with rot and all of the old windows and debris were removed. The quality of the work was excellent and we are so grateful to have the rot problems repaired in such a way that they will not recur. In a day when professional service and quality workmanship sometimes seem to be a lost art its great to know that there are still companies out there like ProWindows who will do excellent work at reasonable prices.

Their estimate was very competitive. They have been professional this far. The salesman Jeff, is a very trustworthy and likable guy. I am glad I went them.

They came out and gave me an estimate. Came on time and was done quickly. They cleaned up after themselves. They do offer the extra service of working with siding, which not all companies do.

Jeff was running a bit late, but called to let me know and was a pleasure to meet. He measured all the windows and looked at our newer windows (which we weren't replacing) and also provided feedback on them. Jeff showed me a few different brands and then made recommendations based on our needs and the amount of money we were looking to spend. He had brought his laptop and printer and provided a quote right there. We did not end up going with Jeff as we found a better overall job price, but I will speak with ProWindows again for other work as they were very close on the money and super responsive. Jeff also checked back a week later to make sure I was satisfied with the decision and to offer any help he could.

Took about half a day. Estimator was pleasant, cooperative, professional, honest, told me things I wouldn't have thought to ask (e.g., would need to have the shades cut down). So were the installers. Worked right along, were courteous, helpful and cleaned up well.

I called to make an appointment and Jeff Fisher was willing to come out very early the next morning to accommodate my schedule. I knew exactly what windows I wanted, so he just measured the windows and told me he would get me a quote by the next day (he gave me an idea of what the price would be but he didn't want to commit to it until he got back to the office). The quote arrived on time and was $2,000 lower than another quote I had received. We sent a deposit and they ordered the windows. When they were ready, they called and set up a time for installation. A two-man crew arrived on time and got right to work. A couple of hours later the windows were in and everything was cleaned up. Except for the fact that we had new windows you wouldn't have known that there was any work done in our house that day. The crew was polite and professional and the windows (Pella Architect Series) are great. We couldn't be happier with the job done by ProWindows.

I needed a new energy efficient window to replace the 29 year old window. I was pleased with the professionalism of each person I dealt with from the company..whether it was on the phone or dealing with them in person. They were prompt, pleasant, and very careful to clean up after they were done. I plan on calling them to replace my slider before the cold weather returns. With the price of oil going no where but up, I figure I will make back the money spent very quickly in energy savings. I also received a nice thank you card...hand written no less.. for using their company!

Although the job took a little longer than estimated, and cost a little more due to unexpected wires that required an electrician to move, the job was done very well. I was kept up to date about what was going on and when to expect the crew to return. I was asked for approval before the electrician was brought in. Prowindows provided enough workmen to do the job right. One of the crew even apologized when, after a windy day, the house was left a bit messy, and they cleaned everything up the next day. Later, when my daughter returned from college we realized a few of her mementos had gotten broken. When I brought this to their attention, they were very apologetic and returned the building permit fee as an olive branch (although I didn't ask for compensation). A few weeks after the windows were installed, I discovered that one of the screens was ripped. They returned my call the next business day, explained how to remove the screen, repaired and delivered the new screen in a couple of days. All in all, I would recommend prowindows for responsiveness, professionalism and price.

The were professional. They came and did the work. They did a good job and were very punctual. The the price was reasonable. I would recommend them. It was a good overall experience.

The price was right. They were professional. We plan on using them again the future. They were very clear with the process of replacing the windows. They replace eight to nine windows a day.

Jeff came to measure and give an estimate. He was on time and handed me a printed quote before leaving the house. After giving a deposit we selected an installation date which they confirmed. The work was done on time and they did exactly what had been quoted. They cleaned up after themselves. We love our new windows. Makes me want to replace them all!

The job went exceptionally well. The workmen were extremely courteous. The men were top notch, and a very good value.

Jeff Fisher came out to meet with us and give us an estimate. We already had a particular brand in mind and Jeff did not try to sway us in any other direction. He took all measurements and had a quote emailed to us within a few days. The original quote sent did have a few errors (exterior color was wrong and there were some details missing) but Jeff was quick to come back out and go over the order again in person to ensure accuracy. The windows were in and installed in just over 4 weeks from the date we received the quote. Jeff s pricing was very competitive with all the other quotes we received. The crew of 4 showed up on time and called ahead to let us know they were on their way. They were all polite and took very few breaks. The head of the crew, Paulo, was very courteous and accommodating all requests I had. They covered the furniture while working and vacuumed all areas after they were done. He even helped me move furniture before they left! All old windows and debris were removed and taken away. They also installed a brand new dryer vent kit on the basement window to replace our old set up. It looks so much better! We certainly did not expect the job to go perfectly and, as with any big job, there were a few minor inconveniences. While removing the shades in one room, 3 of the 4 brackets were broken. Paulo offered to go with me to get replacement brackets and pay for them but I just ordered them from the vendor via the phone at n/c. Also, while carrying one of the new windows up to the second floor, a small puncture was put in the hallway ceiling but I easily patched it. Like I said, for a job of this scope a few brackets and a little wall patch was acceptable.

Submitted a request for a quote via their website. I got a call within a day and they scheduled a time to come out to inspect the windows I wanted to replace. When Jeff came out, and I explained what I was looking for and Jeff went over the options, took the measurements 2-3 times to make sure he had them right and discussed basically the process from start to finish. Within 2 days I contacted Jeff to get the ball rolling and he ordered the windows. Within a week and half ( ) the windows were in and they contacted to see if they could come out. They originally said early afternoon but surprised me coming at 10 a.m. By 12:30 p.m they were done. The 2-person crew were awesome. Friendly, courteous and made sure I knew what was going on. Even when replacing the wood frame they made sure I was OK with the wood used as it was slightly different than what was originally there. They made sure everything was clean and vacuumed. The windows look amazing and ProWindows were awesome!! Thank you!

The removal of the old door and installation went very well. The guys showed up on time and were very neat. They cleaned up after they were finished and you never would have known they were there.

Jeff Fisher personally came out to do estimate. He was running late but called to let us know. He described in detail what he would do (remove/replace windows, wrap trim with aluminum, etc.) and provided a detailed estimate on the spot. Explained his window brand recommendation. No high pressure like I experienced at a recent home improvement trade show. I ended up with a different contractor but was very impressed with his presentation. After my decision, he nevertheless followed-up with an email reminding me to take advantage of a newly announced discount on the window brand he recommended.

It was easy to schedule a free estimate. Jeff Fisher came on time and was very helpful and accommodating. On the day of installation, the window installers came on time and were very polite, efficient and they cleaned up after themselves. Derek, who installed the sliding door, did a great job. He had to work alone, but he took his time to make sure it was done right. He also did a great job with the trim which had to be replaced around the door. It came out beautiful. The only thing he was unsure of was the installation of the door stop lock (an extra lock at the back/base of the door). I called Jeff and he came out right away to install it. He also made an adjustment to make the door seal tighter. I am very pleased with the work done and would definitely hire them again.

Excellent! Very responsive to my initial call for an estimate. Came right out and provided an estimate for replacement of 5 basement windows in the fall of 2007. Original quote was for 5 vinyl rolling windows but it was discovered the manufacturer didn't make those windows in the exterior color we needed. We order 5 hopper style windows with a different manufacturer...which took a bit of time. Four of the windows were installed in January 2008; the final window was one that needed a duct for a dryer and that special window was not originally ordered. BUT the installers could not have been more professional and eager to please...they installed a temporary solution so that we could continue to use our dryer while we waited for the final window to arrive...which was early March 2008. The process start to finish took a little over 4 months...which surprised me BUT the office staff, sales person and installers were all professional and responded to me anytime I called.

Jeff came out to give an estimate- very professional and gave estimate right away. He is proud of his company's work. All windows were removed and replaced in 2 days. Neat and overall good job. Pleasure to work with.

Everything went smoothly. After exploring different brands of storm doors on-line I picked up a specific brand's brochure from ProWindows -- they have a location close to my house. I was able to pick out the exact storm door that I wanted. I called and set up an appointment and received an estimate soon after. I mailed in my check and someone came by in a few days to measure. On the day of installation, there were no complications and the area was left spotless.
