Where do I start. Jack Cassidy was very personable when he is arranging to sell his product, although didn't show up for the first appointment. He agrees to all of your ideas, then when it comes down to the actual job, doesn't remember any of the initial conversation. His people do not clean up after themselves, and never show up to the job when they say they will. Anything that goes wrong he blames on someone else. A job that should have only taken 2 weeks or less to complete for a competent business, took almost 2 months. The first tile guy put down the wrong tiles, as I had 2 different tiles in my garage, and rather than ask they just started putting down the wrong ones. Then they threw all the dirty water from the tile cement off the porch and splashed it all over the siding of the house. We had to remove all the excess cement on the bathroom floor so the new tile installer could start the job correctly in order to save some time. Otherwise they may still be trying to get the job done. When they finally installed the tub they neglected to bring the instruction manual and we have still not received one nor a warranty after requesting this many, many times. They did not tape the sheetrock where they removed part of the wall in order to install the tub, and just tried to cover it up with joint compound so all the seams still show. They also just tried to fill a very large hole with the same material and two days later it still wasn't dry so I had my carpenter fix this mess too. When they put silicone caulking around the tub they got all over other walls too with their dirty fingers and this all had to be sanded by the painter in order to paint the walls. Their excuse was that they thought we were going to tile over all of this but you can't tile over a big hole of joint compound that isn't dry. They said that they would paint and do all the trim work, but this never materialized and after they were doing such a bad job on everything else, I had my carpenter paint it correctly, to also to save time. Everything from start to finish has been a nightmare, I wish I had read Angies list before I hired these people, I won't make tha same mistake again. One sink drain still leaks and they just tried to cover it up with more silicone sealant twice. They never cleaned up after themselves and they would leave things on the floor and all over the basement. They also tried to steal my cordless drill, and charger , and if I hadn't been over to the house at that particular time I would have lost it. Their excuse was that they thought it belonged to one of their guys and he had left it there. i alsol have to have several things that aren't done right fixed by another plumber. I will never have these people in my home again.

I found Jack Cassidy to be rude and condescending which was offensive to me. He put me down during the second call to set up an appointment. He spent time putting down other competitors. He called me scattered brain for not texting him the address the night before when I called him the next day as agreed. I did tell him verbally what the address was and in what town the night before. When I asked him if he was on Angies's List, He put down Angie's List and said they are a fraud. Although I did not text him the address of the property, he did not have to treat me so badly and call me a name. Then he noticed my call phone had a different area code than where the property was. He asked me if I was the CIA. Thing is I do live in another town and this was a rental property. I told him I was feeling uncomfortable with this conversation. He had the nerve to say he felt uncomfortable too. So I said goodbye and hung up. I would stay away from this outfit especially Jack Cassidy, because if he can treat a potential customer this way for trying to set up an appointment, imagine what he would be like once the job starts or worse, if there was an issue with the work.

need constant followup just to setup installation date. builder never calls back. all verbal commitments are never met
