If you're looking for an HVAC contractor, you found him. I Had a very big conversion done from a well known company that went bad right away. Heat kept shutting down in middle of winter. Original company couldn't solve it. Two others tried with no luck. Elite came and diagnosed correctly and fixed promptly at a fair price. They have been my go to HVAC company for years for preventive and service maintenance. Couldn't be better.

Elite Mechanical replaced my central air conditioning compressor and air handler in April, 2021, and I was very pleased. Their price was competitive, their workers were efficient and respectful, and Mike was very easy to deal with. I highly recommend them.

A very pleasant experience! Elite's two tech men showed up on time; did the complicated disconnection quickly and professionally, the exterior unit is now inside our apartment; and the price was right. Elite will re-connect the unit later this spring. I wouldn't hesitate to use this excellent company in the future and will recommend them to the board of our condo building for heating and A/C work.

A few days ago I was facing the challenge of finding someone to fix A/C in my condo unit in the middle of summer. And I was bracing myself for making multiple phone calls, leaving voice messages and waiting for days for responses. But when I made my first call to Elite Mechanical, it was immediately answered by Mike, who said that although they were pretty busy, they would try to visit by the end of the day. And even more surprisingly, in 1.5 hours Jeff and Fernando from Elite Mechanical were at my door. They did a thorough job on the condensing unit and within two hours my A/C was working and I had in my hands an invoice with detailed description of the work performed and a very reasonable total. I would highly recommend this business to anyone in my area who is in need of prompt and reliable HVAC service.

My air conditioner compressor went out in the middle of the night while we were in the middle of a 3 day 95 degree heat wave. I called about 3 HVAC companies hoping to get someone to come and fix it same day. Elite mechanical was the only company that responded right away. They even tried to walk me through fixing it over the phone. After that failed, they sent a guy out right away and it was fixed same day within an hour. I can't thank these guys enough! Got me through a worst case scenario with very little pain.

I was referred to these guys by Don Godfrey of New England Dry Basements, who is also excellent. The owner, Mike, talked to me on a late Saturday afternoon while he was running personal errands. He said that he would follow up quickly and did exactly that - by early evening I had an email letting me know that his technician, Jeff, would come by Sunday morning. Jeff was friendly and responsive and addressed the issue quickly. He also replaced the HVAC filter and gave us an extra one as a courtesy. I really appreciated the quick response times over the weekend and the reasonable pricing given the weather and the fact that all calls and work were performed over the weekend. I will definitely use Elite in the future and they were much more responsive than other HVAC places I have used.

Showed up on time, performed all services as promised. Honest guys and very polite.

As stated above the job was 1st class. The difference in the billing was not the best.

the quality of the work was fine, but there was a big disconnect btw the work to be done and the ultimate cost. Elite fairly says that they described what they did (first visit) and what they needed to do (next visit), but it's one thing to say and quot;we did A, for you but we can do B and C...and quot;, and and quot;we did A for you, but can do B and C, and it's going to cost you $1200and quot;. Of course, we should have asked more specific questions, too. Bottom line is we were expecting one small job and it ballooned into big production. Make sure you ask for a full estimate for the dollar amount of the project, don't just settle for what they'll do and how many hours it will take. Big surprise.

They were very easy to deal with; prompt, efficient and courteous. My only quibble is that the initial service call seemed a bit pricey.

Very easy to work with, well-informed and enthusiastic about the product. Mike came on time for the estimate, was very open and up front about our needs and cost, followed up in a very professional way, and did the installation with great attention to detail. He even reattached a completely unrelated thermostat that was falling off the wall in our newly purchased place.

Elite repaired my (large, expensive!) basement dehumidifier. They were prompt, courteous, and responsive: returned my first phone call in an hour, came to look at the dehumidifier within the week, took it away, repaired it, and brought it back the next business day. They brought it back down to the basement and set it up. This company was recommended to me by the manufacturer and their price was right in line with the manufacturer's estimate.

Elite was recommended by the manufacturer of the dehumidifier. When Mike came to our house, he quickly determined what was wrong with the unit and then called the manufacturer to find out what was covered under the warranty and what wasn't. He ordered all the parts for us and asked us to call when they came in. His follow up was great. When the parts were taking longer than he'd expected, Mike continued to call us to find out if they'd arrived. Once they came, Mike came out and fixed the issue in a timely manner. He's very nice and professional.
