We are still in the beginning stages, taking it step by step. So far, the information and explanation has been helpful and we will continue with the process.

Reached out through Angi for sparrows who were building nests in the eaves. The scheduling was easy. The tech, Adam was on time at the top of the appointment range. He assessed the situation and provided a reasonable price. He removed the nesting materials and patched the access points with aluminum. The work looks good and we will see if the sparrows are deterred.

Howard was phenomenal! He was knowledgeable, punctual, and professional. I would ask for him again!

Both the people who made the initial visit to look at the deck and examine the opening where a family of raccoons had entered and were living under the deck, and the follow up visit by the technician who spent an entire day digging a trench and installing the fencing were professional. The work itself was done with respect for the bushes surrounding the deck and when complete the property was left in a pristine condition. I am totally satisfied with this company and would recommend them without hesitation.

The office, estimator, and installer were all very responsive and courteous. I was able to have the work completed within a week of contacting them. It was a relief to find a company that not only would deal with squirrels, but also would install critter guard around two active solar panel arrays. (I wish I had included this installation when the solar panels were installed: that installer did not want to come out just to do that work as a later, add-on job.) The speedy response ensured that the squirrel did not have time to damage the wiring. The cost was certainly unwelcome, since unanticipated. I don't have a point of comparison, but I appreciate the five-year warranty on the work, and the cost was certainly justified to protect my investment in and income from the panels.

It went great! Ben was the contact person and remained very communicative, professional and easy to work with. He came to examine the location of the squirrel in habitation, returned to put up traps and then returned on a few locations to check the traps. When deemed the location was void of any squirrels, removed traps and patched the hole in the fascia board to prevent from future inhabitants. Ben provided me with text updates thought out the entire process and remained available to answer all my questions. I would definitely call them again. Thank you!

We were very pleased with the work that was done. The critter control people were kind and professional and explained what would be done. With a minimum of effort from us, people came and went, taking care of traps and closing up openings. The squirrels appear to be eradicated. If they return, we know we can contact Critter Control to come and take care of the problem.

Squirrel was caught and removed within hours of setting traps after another company tried unsuccessfully for four days.

Extremely quick response. They found the problem areas came up with a plan and fixed it. They arrived when promised and had a very professional approach.

Mike thoroughly examined the exterior of our home and eventually found an entry point. He placed a one-way exit at that spot and waited a few weeks for the critters to leave. Then another technician sealed up that hole for good. Since then I have not heard any critters inside the house.

Ben came over as scheduled, performed an inspection and provided a detailed quote. We agreed to his plan of action and his quoted price. Ben set up traps while on site that same day. He or another associate returned daily to check the traps. One squirrel was caught and removed. After several days of monitoring the traps Ben determined that there were no further intruders. He installed the metal vent guards to secure the points of entry. No more squirrel activity has been detected.

I recently had an issue with squirrels and needed assistance. I have lived in this house for several years and never had a problem with squirrels. I did some research and founds some great reviews for Critter Control of Greater Boston. I called on a Friday and they were at my house on Monday. It had snow that Sunday and I thought that these guys are going to cancel and reschedule. To my surprise Mike showed up and went right to work. He got right up on the roof and checked for access points but everything was sealed tight. Since it had snowed he looked for footprints and determine that the only access point might be an air vent. We were talking in the driveway and I was explaining to him all the noise/scratching I was hearing from the side of the house. All of a sudden we see a squirrel run across the drive way jump onto the electrical conduit right up the side of the house and onto the roof and into the air vent. We looked at each other and said it looks like that confirms how they are getting in. Mike assured me that they could take care of the problem. He came back the next day set up some traps and indicated that he would be checking the traps for the next few days to ensure that the issue was resolved. He captured the pesky critter and installed a netted cover over the air vent. I was so impressed with the level of professionalism and service I also had them install a chimney cap. I work in a customer service industry and Mike delivered exceptional service and I would truly recommend Mike and this company in a second. Awesome job! Thanks EDM

Critter Control was very professional throughout the entire process. They responded quickly to my inquiry and within just a few days had installed the squirrel trap. I was updated regularly during the process; I was contacted when the squirrel was caught and then again once the hole had been repaired. I was very pleased with the results.

I highly recommend critter control. I'd give 10 stars if I could. I call regarding gray squirrels getting in my attic. They were very responsive, very professional, and very timely. Matt came out to set traps and remove three squirrels and George followed to seal the entry point and make additional repairs to prevent any future critters from getting in. Dealing with critters is expensive, but working with these guys makes it worth every penny.
