Description of Work: Removed dead skunks from window well. Gave estimate for preventing critters getting into crawl space in the future. Probably will go ahead with it. Michael was punctual and effective. Glad they could respond so quickly.

Description of Work: I squirrels getting into my house. They came set traps and came back every day (minus week ends) to check the traps and remove any that they caught (2). Sealed everything up and I have been squirrel free since. Did a great job!

Description of Work: They tried to trap a skunk that we thought was living under our deck. |Turned out the skunk was likely just living in the neighborhood and not under our deck. They caught and released a few other animals, but no skunk. | |That said, Critical Control was very professional, responsive, and easy to deal with. I would definitely use them again if we get any other animal problems.

Description of Work: Bat control. They were quite thorough in their evaluation, crawling into attic space, explaining tell-tale signs of infestation, etc. The job was completed as promised.

Description of Work: Removed squirrels; blocked entry holes, and cleaned up a mess left behind by another contractor. Made a one-year guarantee, which is very reassuring. I highly recommend this company.

Description of Work: I could hear the patter of little rodent feet above my head in the ceiling of my office. Critter Control came (when they said they would come) checked the roof, found a hole, and said I had a red squirrel infestation. I was doubtful since I had never seen a red squirrel in my neighborhood, but the CC people said they were elusive critters. They checked for all points of entry, set traps, and within a day there was a red squirrel in the trap. They set and checked the trap for a week, then sealed the hole. They seemed to really know what they were doing. They sealed some other holes which I had not authorized, were apologetic and did not charge. All in all a positive experience (for me if not the squirrel).

Description of Work: A woodchuck had dug in and was eating my vegetable and flower garden. It had dug a huge hole in the front of my house. Dan came when he said he would, surveyed the situation, set up some traps, baited the traps and monitored them. Apparently the woodchuck had moved across the street and after a week the traps were removed and Dan filled in the hole.

Description of Work: heard and saw squirrel in our attic where a new air conditioning system was placed in 2010. called Critter control and they came out within 2 days of our call, put up traps on outside and while there 1 squirrel came out of the attic. They came back a few days later and no more squirrels were seen but when they went up to the attic they saw 2 and over 1/2 hr were able to catch 2 more squirrels, probably babies. They then patched up a number of places on the outside so hopefully they will not get in again We were very pleased with the prompt service and would highly recommend their service

Description of Work: FOUND SQUIRREL NEST & THEIR ACCESS (UNUSUALLY FAR FROM NEST IN THIS CASE) TRAPPED SQUIRRELS, CLOSED ACCESS AND "CONSTRUCTION CAPS" AT CORNERS OF FOUR DORMERS. THE MAN WHO DID MOST OF THE WORK, JAY, WAS VERY HELPFUL, CLEAR, WELL INFORMED, AND FEARLESS ON LADDERS.
