Description of Work: I had planned to go with Boston Flat Rate Movers with a move to NYC. My company was paying for the move, however, I found out I was not able to use them as they were not one of their required movers. I emailed the same day I approved the contract and no contact. Only after I stated I would have an attorney get involved did the respond to me. In addition, the customer service rep seemed like they were reading a script. If they had been more accommodating and refunded the deposit perhaps I would of recommended them to future friends and family. However, they lack of any sort of compromise and sketchy operations leave me to give them the worst grade I can. Moving companies should excel at customer service and they flat out did not. The lack of any sort of proposal to deal with this situation is proof they would not be able to handle far more complicated customer service issues.
