Description of Work: They were prompt, courteous and timely but the service was performed by an admittedly junior person while the senior person came to tell me the findings at the end. I was then told that all of my chimneys needed extensive work (although one was relatively new!). I was told a flu was broken (which I checked out after they left and confirmed they were incorrect). They told me they couldn't really see my chimneys properly without doing much more expensive reviews (shocking). I felt that the $100 analysis was to catch me in spending thousands more with them. I did not trust the advice I was given.

Description of Work: Andrew and team were outstanding! We had a lot of work done on a 100+ year old chimney. Installed a 45ft 6" chimney liner, chimney cap, re-pointed 3 rows of joints on top of the chimney, water proofed around the chimney and the roofing. 4 men installed the liner,in the morning and the remainder of the work was completed by the end of the day.

Description of Work: Ground out chimney mortar and remortared. Rebuilt top and sealed everything. Waited for 2 major rainstorms to see that no leaks were occurring. Apparently, a quality job on the chimney. Our only gripe: they hosed off the ground out mortar on the roof which made a mess of the patio, the furniture and the walkways. Also, filled the gutter with an inch of the mortar dust which I had to clean out. (Didn't notice any of this until they had left.)

Description of Work: they cancelled the original appointment because of the weather.....quite understandable and plenty of notice. They arrived promptly for the second. |quick, courteous and polite. cleaned up all the mess that is ubiquitous for chimney cleaning. Didn't push too hard for the upsell.

Description of Work: They cleaned our very dirty chimney, it was waaayyyyy overdue. The guys were here early, they were very polite and professional, and they worked long and hard to get our chimney clean. They were careful to be clean, and leave the area better than they found it. I give them an A+.

Description of Work: I had bought a coupon for cleaning and ended up needing a new liner and insulation or I would lose the use of my chimney. They gave me a reasonable price. They were a little behind in scheduling, but squeezed me in before the holidays.
