Great! I set-up an appointment for an estimate first thing in the the morning. They arrived on-time, quickly assessed the chimney and gave me a quote on the spot with a 10% Angie's List discount (I didn't even ask for it). I called the next day to schedule the work. They arrived on time the scheduled day of work, and got right to it. The flashing was repaired with tar and the chimney was repointed. They cleaned up nicely and were a minimum inconvenience to my young family who was home during the day.

Andrew, Rich, and Doug arrived on time and put in a full 7+ hour day on our roof. They were curteous and explained each stage when we went out to check if they needed anything. They were very quiet except when drills or hammers were required and they cleaned up completely. We still need to reline our stack, but are waiting to do so. When the time comes, we will definitely be calling BBC and requesting this team again!

Very well, three-man crew was neat, put down drop cloths everywhere and vacuumed. Spent an extra hour (no charge) trying to get the pellet stove to go in with the front flush with the front of the fireplace, ended up concluding that the problem was that the pellet stove was about 2" too deep for the fireplace, not their fault--but I appreciated their effort trying to fix this aesthetic detail. Living room showed no dirt or dust after they left. All three of them knew what they were doing, personable guys too.

Appointment made three weeks in advance. for 8 a.m. 1/8/18. Service person came on time, but left soon after, saying he did not have proper ladder equipment. Said he would return at 2 p.m. I've called every 15 minutes since 2:30--no eta or retuned call. Office closes at 4 p.m. No explanation or attempt t reschedule. Very disappointing for a company that calls itself Boston's "BEST". Not from where I sit.

Boston was hired to sweep but the very honest representative inspected and said it wasn't necessary. Gave me a discount because sweeping wasn't necessary. How often does that happen?

BBC was punctual, which is very important to me, extremely pleasant and very professional. They made recommendations, which I appreciated. They were careful about created too much dirt. I was quite pleased with their service.

All work was performed in one day. The men worked efficiently and cleaned up after.

They were great - called to let me know exactly when they'd arrive during the window, inspected both chimneys and found they didn't need sweeping. He let me know of preventative services and their approximate cost, but didn't try to push anything on me. Was great - would definitely hire them again!

Very well. They inspected flu for gas fireplace and gas furnace; vacuumed out deteriorated clay tile liner; and installed a stainless steel liner and components. They repointed top of chimney where bricks were loose, which was a tricky job atop a slate roof. They built staging to do so over part of the slate roof and part of an adjacent rubber roof. The staging broke holes in the rubber roof, which they patched.

They gave me an honest assessment and recommended that we did not need them to do the work. They were there for 15-20min and did not charge me for the visit. I'd give them an A++ for honesty, fairness, and integrity.

Matt and his team came out to see what needed to be done at my home w/in days of my initial inquiry. They gave me a detailed breakdown of my options, and they fit my job in before winter despite having a hectic workload. I can't say enough about the professional quality of the work and the service. Boston's Best Chimney was responsive, timely, and fair throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend them.
