+ -1 moreI have used Baystate Window Cleaning for years. At first just for gutter cleaning and repairing. Which then moved into actually cleaning of my windows. And last fall they also performed power washing on my house and patio area. Did a wonderful job, as always. David is polite and punctual and returned my calls and answered all my questions without hesitation. I find he conducts business first rate. Would use them and recommend them to all my friends and family.

+ -1 moreI first called them about 9 years ago when I saw they received Best of Boston Award in Boston Magazine. They have cleaned our windows since then. This latest time I called them, they were able to fit us in to their schedule 2 days later. I didn't ask for a quote, because they have cleaned our windows before and I knew the ball park figure. They came with 3 guys instead of 2 this time, maybe to save time. We have a lot of windows and 3 floors to cover. They were as inobtrusive as they could be - speaking in hushed tones and trying not to disturb me while I was working. The only slight problem I noticed was that I saw that there were a couple of windows that had a light streaking around the corners of some window panes - not all of the panes. No one else would probably even notice it and I don't believe I noticed it any time before, it just was this past time so I would continue to rate them "excellent". I'm assuming this was a one time problem and I know if I'd called them on it while they were still here, they would have definitely fixed the problem - they are that kind of company.
Description of Work: Bay State has cleaned our windows about 6 times. They are prompt, professional and do a great job. We have a large home covering 3 floors with 6 over 6 window panes. They are able to do all of them - inside and out - in about 2 1/2 - 3 hours with 3 men. They cleaned the screens as well and that makes a huge difference. We even have a round decorative window on the 3rd floor and they are able to get to that and do a nice job cleaning it.

Description of Work: Cleaned the outside of all our windows and skylights. Also removed some tree debris from the roof. I have them do this every year, and sometimes inside as well.
