He sent me an email very shortly after we spoke complete with two options, both drawn out and fairly detailed.  When I realized that some of the information in the estimate needed to be tweaked, I promptly sent him an email with whatever corrections would need to be made.  I have heard nothing but crickets since.  Worst of all?  The estimate he provided is almost twice what two other vendors were willing to charge me.  I feel as though I was being fleeced, perhaps because I am a woman who lives in a wealthy community? This I cannot say for sure, but I know I will not be pursuing this job with Banner Glass Shelmar.
