I have hired Brendan for about a dozen separate projects ranging from very large ( complete chimney rebuild and waterproofing basement) to building bluestone patios and granite steps, to assisting electricians with burying electrical lines outdoors ( for pool heater and also hot tub) to building a stone hearth and fireplace and creating a tile floor in a new room. In every single project he has excelled and exceeded expectations. He loves and takes pride in his work, has a rare and amazing work ethic, is honest with complete integrity. He could never be satisfied with just average performance and will stay on the job until it is done right, every time. Brendan is just a rare guy. You could not do better, honestly. I have remodeled and built numerous homes over the years and I just wish I could clone Brendan. I treat him like family because he treats us the same way. If I could give more stars and list more projects, I would but home advisor is not set up for the scope and breadth of Brendanâ  s talents and abilities. .

Brendan is very reliable and a man of his word. Highly recommend him for any masonry & chimney work. He did my front & back granite steps, new paver walkway in front, side of house and new patio area. Also relined my chimneyâ s with stainless steel to make them safe. Very impressive to see someone eager to work, show up early and leave late to get the job done. We need more people like Brendan out there.

installed brand new chimney and installed chimney liner and all work was done on time with exceptional workmanship very pleased with averys masonry !!
