Technician came to my house to address carpenter ants. Technician arrived on time. He checked around my house to determine where the problem areas might be and applied pesticide. He was friendly and professional.

We are in the middle of our treatment plan. I am impressed with the down-to-earth, seasoned, and thorough approach Assurance Pest Control continues to take treating our home and yard. From the first call with Fred, we have been provided with specific insights, pricing plan without drama which often happens with pest control companies (we had several estimates, one from a guy who lied about the freshness of the droppings found in our basement). We are treating for rats (active in neighborhood, as well as old and mild evidence in basement) and mild case of mice inside. Each visit involves the team checking the detailed notes from the prior staff member, moving or adding things, thoughtfully analyzing our house and mouse behavior before tweaking things. We are satisfied that our money is going towards actual service, and while it's pricey from any company, the longevity of the plan and staged strategies seems smart.

I researched a number of exterminators on a variety of sights and settled on Assurance. Really well-described service on their website. Receptionist was prompt and thorough. Next-day appointment for both inspection and service. Technicians arrived promptly, even a little early. Thoroughly explained the service, the process, and the follow up schedule. We will see how quickly the problem is resolved, but so far I couldn’t be happier.

Joe was professional and really detailed. He explained all the options and gave me a lot of information. The installation was fast and thorough. They put all the grass and gravel back so you can’t even tell it’s there. Would definitely recommend them.

The pro came on scheduled time and performed the needed pest product application after answering all the questions i had about the pest issues.

When an insulation installer found evidence of a large bat population in the attic and had to halt work, I called Assurance, and they came out within hours to inspect, and returned in a few days to evict the bats then seal all possible points of entry (which includes rodents, yay!), and then clean up the mess, allowing the insulation to continue. Very professional, can not recommend more highly

Fred was very professional, explained everything, The inspection was thoroughly done by Fred, gave acceptable result of inspection and favorable quotation on things that needs to be done.

He came as he said he was going to. At this point he did a good job.

Fred took my call in the morning and came promptly at the time we arranged late that afternoon - I was very pleased he could respond the same day. He and his partner did a great job of examining the attic areas, inside and out, and finding and sealing the hole. They set a trap and came back for five days to check on it. I was impressed with their thoroughness and professionalism, and would definitely use them again.

I had two prior treatments from another company and they still came back!! Since having Assurance Pest Solutions treat our home, there has been no signs or symptoms of the unwanted company :-) Having to call pest people.....anxious and irritated.
