I was answering the calls for a friend on Saturday 5/11/13 when Andrea called to say that our representative didn't show to an appointment. The appointment time was 11 am and then changed to 12 noon. Andrea was told we were on a tight schedule due to a Mother's Day luncheon. Our representative arrived at 11:45 and left at 12:10 pm. He left a card in the door that he had been there. Andrea and her client arrived late, we did not. Andrea called screaming at me to have someone return to the appointment. She never called to say that she was running late or to apologize for running late. She was very unprofessional and in my opinion rude. I would never call her to help me with any real estate issues in the future.

I was a first time buyer and was not familiar with the process. Andrea was recommended to me by good friends who told me that she was amazing. I hired her a my buyer's agent. On the first phone call, she tried to narrow down what I was looking for. Within a few days we schedule a few visits. She pointed out the good and bad about each property. When I decided on a property I was interested. She suggested me a home inspector she is used to work with. He was great and point out some defaults I missed, while I am a general contractor. I was pre approved for the loan with my local bank, but Andrea asked me to give a shoot to her NEMoves, and I got a better rate! Andrea took care of everything form start to finish. She is very straightforward and will tell you things the way they are. She fought hard for my interests and got me the house for much less than anticipated. She kept in touch with me by e mail or phone calls from start to finish, letting me know what I had to do to meet the deadline of the closing Buying a house is the biggest investment of your life and it can be intimating. I never felt that way once Andrea was on board. She made it so easy!!
