Description of Work: We called for an estimate and Geovani came over as scheduled the next day. We were looking to have our small city back yard cleared out (remove cobbles and few existing plants), regraded, install a dry well, and build 2 new patios, a short wall and planter. As I mentioned, the space is very small. We received the quote yesterday - a whopping $18,000. This does not include the removal of a deck which we said we could do ourselves. This price sounds very high, but we may go back with a reduced version if we cannot find a cheaper alternative. The company was very responsive though and did promise to do all the work in one stretch so that sounds very good too.

Description of Work: A YARD & A HALF DID THE INSTALLATION BASED ON PLANS FROM AN ARCHITECT THAT THEY RECOMMENDED. THIS INCLUDED TEARING UP THE FRONT YARD AND PUTTING IN BRICK WALKWAYS, SURROUNDED BY FLOWER BEDS. TREES AND SHRUBS WERE PLANTED AS WELL. THE DRIVEWAY WAS TORN OUT AND REPLACED WITH CEMENT USING A FRENCH DRAIN FOR WATER RUNOFF. THE DRIVEWAY WAS BORDERED WITH A FIELDSTONE WALL. BRICK PATHS ADDED TO SIDE AND BACKYARD HAD FLOWER AND VEGETABLE BEDS PUT IN, ALONG WITH A TOTAL OF FOUR TREES.
