Description of Work: Turned on sprinklers, replaced damaged sprinkler heads, replaced damaged outdoor faucet.

+ -1 moreHe was able to get things working quickly, change the part and also told me that I needed a plumber for part of it as well. He gave me a recommendation of a plumber. Overall, I was really impressed with Al. He Is friendly and professional. Got the job done that needed to get done quickly and efficiently. Most of all he is incredibly responsive. He was out the same day I called him. That's impressive!
Description of Work: I had an issue with my sprinkler system not working because it hadn't been winterized previously . I havent used it in a couple of years and wanted to get it fixed and winterized. I was in the Waltham area and within hours of the call he was at my house. .

+ -1 moreI have used them for years and find the price and service good. I am very unsatisfied however by how they schedule their work. They give a 4 hour window which is a long time to wait around for service. I also have had trouble getting people to talk to in the office.
