The owner Tom is extremely thorough and knowledgable. He takes the time to explain everything to you in terms you will understand. We spent 3-4 hours going over a 1600 square foot ranch top to bottom. This is my first house so I had lots of questions and he answered every one. He even checked the entire attic when it was 95 degrees out that day. He checked every single electrical outlet in the house to make sure they worked. The report was very detailed with notated pictures. He will give you all the information you need to make an informed decision about the house you are purchasing. Tom is not your typical home inspector. I would recommend Tom to anyone!!
