Description of Work: Assisted our family in selling our home. The real estate broker having grown up in our town was very knowledgeable about the neighbors which was one of the key components in the sale of real estate. The broker was well educated in Massachusetts real estate law and this was helpful to both the sellers and the buyers.

 + -1 moreNot good at all. No follow thru in my opinion.
Description of Work: Engaged a broker for a rental and expected to pay $350 fee. Deposit was taken, an "ok" was given to me.Changed electric and propane to my name; booked/deposit for movers. Broker went on vaca and we were to sign upon her return.Thursday of that week, owner bailed on the deal. Broker made minimal, if any, attempt to resurrect the deal and told me, with multiple insincere "sorry's" that "owner just changed her mind". No real explanation given. I offered many options for broker to convey to allay owner's possible concerns but I don't feel the effort was made. Now I'm out in the cold 10 days prior to scheduled move. Trying to get my deposit now as I write this.
