Description of Work: O'Brien was engaged to patch some damaged areas in the driveway and parking lot at First Parish Church in Canton, MA. |We asked for bids during the heavy summer period so we were not surprised that it took a couple of weeks to get bids. Once we selected O'Brien, they set a date 2-3 weeks later. As it happened they were one or two days late at doing the work (which is the reason I gave them a B on punctuality). I believe there was a communication error in letting us know of the delay. As it turned out, the delay of 2 days did not cause us any major concern or disruption. |Work was done satisfactorily. This was a small job and we appreciate that O'Brien was willing to do it despite what a small job it was, and in their busy season.

Description of Work: Took three weeks to hear from them. Came on a Sunday to look at project. Never heard another word from them. Called them again,did not respond.

Description of Work: Great job on the driveway. They had to start from scratch. They were even able to move the dirt over to a low spot in our lawn. The whole area is level and drainage is perfect. John O'Brien was available by phone or email whenever we needed. He kept us informed days in advance of when the job was to be done (was postponed a couple times due to weather). I would recommend to a friend and definitely use them again if the situation comes up.

Description of Work: Dug up existing driveway, regarded and put new driveway down. They did 4 driveways in the neighborhood at once. Great price and excellent quality

Description of Work: Paved a new driveway over an existing gravel hundred and 30 foot driveway. They came the day they promised with a big crew and did a beautiful job. They're pricing was better than the competition and results could've been better.

Description of Work: We received many quotes for our private street and O'Brien's quote was the best. He also clearly wanted the job more than the other paving companies that I spoke with. The job was done exactly as described & we were even able to schedule the job on the company's website. I really liked working with this company and would recommend them enthusiastically to anyone with paving needs.
