+ -1 moreWe called the attorney general and the Better Business Bureau, as well as filed a claim in small claims court. We got all of our money back plus interest and filing fees. It took him a number of months to pay us back, from August to April, but he still owes us $41.
Description of Work: He shoveled snow off the roof and damaged the roof. We knew we needed some work done on the roof anyway so we called him back to do the roof. My husband signed a contract and paid a $3000 deposit, and we never saw him again. We called twice him twice, he said he would come and he never did. He also never had any materials delivered. He said he was licensed and insured according to his business card but he was not licensed.
